And i see you understand very well Jay Thomas rather then most of these peoples responses. They put there character into this car and had fun doing it. A friend once said that if you get to where your going park your car and dont look back at it after you parked it. Your car doesnt matter to you. And if you ride my a window or vehicle and dont look at your cars reflection it doesnt matter to you. Like my pops said take pride in what you drive.

I Love the attitudes of the people at Australian car fests! No one is rude or talking shit. Here in the U.S. everyone (especially Honda boys) talk so much shit instead of just enjoying the cars and appreciating the work that has gone into them!

I love how many people are slagging this off and getting angry but you can't deny the reaction from the crowd. This is a popular look because it costs very little and it does turn heads, in Europe powerful cars are very expensive so this is alternative way for kids with no money to get noticed, its just a bit of fun plus if you have a minor accident or someone vandalises your car it just adds to the look. Its very liberating.

in Holland you see much of this style's on golf's my mate has an mkII, which is 1.8cm from the ground high (front bumper) but your guys are putting it to the max! greeeeeaaat job!

So here's my story. I got a car and wanted to play with it. So I looked up mods. My first video was how to turbo a car and from there, hoe to paint your wheels/calipers and I was like, these guys are fun. Then I came across this video. Yep that was it. This video made me go on a full binge and watch your intire show. Seriously, you guys are fun. Just flat out fun. "Your car is your story. Don't let someone else write your book." Best line ever. These American car show guys need to hear that and take it to heart.

To this day I see elements of this build in my local customs. The National Park sticker, the decoupage on the front panel, all of it. Incredible video that stands the test of time and continues to make you feel like anything is possible with just a little piss and salt.
