I would love to see a Restoration Franchise behind the scenes and actually on a job. What does a day to day look like for an Operator Owner. A live in person example of what an Ideal Franchise Operator Owner should be doing on a day to day basis. There are different ways to run a business but each Industry has a benchmark standard of how the top 25% perform and what they do day to day. I know this is part of what the Zero to Profitable Franchise Formula delivers. A visual of it in person would be golden. In fact, an in person video of one of your most successful clients would be perfect.
