Hey Marc, one thing I always think about the eternal torment issue/popular eschatology, is that is exactly what the religion of Hades espouses. Maybe the reason the way some, or most, think about it as eternal torment, is a vestige of that religion.
@@judypaladino4957Greek religion maybe? Or Greco-Roman mythology as we would call it today? Hades was a god of that mythology or religion of the time. The eternal torment that is taught seen similar or mirror, to me at least, Greek mythology.
