Needs a huge billboard outside, highlighting the businesses inside. Writing such, since mention is made that if driving along the road, one would miss this place.
Thanks for visiting this mall, I walked straight past it thinking there was nothing there as usual. It needs more advertisement on outside especially for vegan restaurant which I was looking for on Grenada 🇬🇩.
Loving the restaurants by God grace I will be there for the week of my birthday in July thank u for showing I will surely visit those places when I get there🙏🏿❤️💯
I visited this place in 2006 and very few shops were operating. I moved here 4 years ago and have driven past it many times and recently noticed something was going on there but never checked it out. I am currently in Jamaica, but when I return in February, I will definitely pay it a visit! 👍🏾
I am staying near this mall. The Yaz bar and restaurant is very good, and the cocktails i have had there were fantastic. Hope they get more businesses in there.
Wow, great coverage Kriss! Yet another huge investment in Grand Anse. With two restaurants and a coffee shop they should attract some business but there is still a lot of empty space which has to be funded. I hope the saying "build it and they will come" is true!
I will make a point of showing locations in future vlogs. Its on the Grand Anse Main Road, a short walk up from the Radisson Hotel. A very central location. Thanks for watching 😊
The atmosphere looks great. I live there for quite some time. However I am always concern with the amount of business and the population size. salary is the lowest across the small islands. Something needs to be done, otherwise beautiful country.
Can you please mention the location of these places when you visit them. I am always looking at your blog to and keeping a book of these places for when I come home. As you go along continue to mention the locations.
St George's is the capital and so it makes sense to have such a building where most of the people are but there are new buildings around the island too. I will make an effort to show more across Grenada when I can. Thanks for watching 😊
@krissmgvlogs Absolutely! If you're ever up at Bathway, please grab some footage of that hotel development. As an aspiring real estate developer, St. Patrick's + St. Andrew's have UNTAPPED potential. Bathway Beach should look like Atlantic City or the Santa Monica pier!
@@tycoonavenue I've been to both Atlantic City and Santa Monica Pier. I'm not sure I would want that kind of development in Grenada which, in my opinion, is a little tacky. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind tacky, I've also been to Vegas and loved it! Development is good but it needs to also be beneficial and useful to the local people.
@krissmgvlogs Understandable. I'm thinking more along the lines of little coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants, etc. Low impact entertainment development that provides employment to locals in the area along with the hotel.
Definitely not a thing of the past and in Grenada, where it is so hot, I welcome it. This Gallaria Mall I particularly like because you have a choice to chill either inside or outside and the businesses, so far, don't appear to be too high end. Thanks for watching 😊
What are you even saying ? You definitely don’t live in Grenada, or the Caribbean for that matter if you think malls are a thing of the past in the region. You think online shopping is as big in Grenada, or the Caribbean in general as it is in the western world ? You must not understand the culture of “liming” in the Caribbean. Do you think people visiting Grenada are doing online shopping ? 🤔 Malls, Markets, Restaurants ect are exactly where they want to go. Some people forget Grenada is a tourist destination, and when people come to Grenada they’re looking to go out and spend money. They’re not sitting in their hotel rooms doing online shopping. Also what good is it to tear down this building if they can obviously find another purpose for it ?
yes, the building was owned by a bank that faced problems thus the abandonment of the mall but I decided not to go into all of that. sorry for your losses.
It’s great to see the development and growth in Grenada 🇬🇩 the future is bright.
Thanks for sharing.
I agree, Thanks for watching 😊
Wow. What a beautiful place
It really is! I hope they get more businesses inside too. I really like this space. Thanks for watching 😊

Thanks for visiting this mall, I walked straight past it thinking there was nothing there as usual. It needs more advertisement on outside especially for vegan restaurant which I was looking for on Grenada 🇬🇩.
I know right, they need to do so much more to raise their profile. Thanks for watching 😊

yes, I hope they find the businesses to fill the empty spaces, thanks for watching 😊
Really nice video!!
Thanks for watching 😊
Thai food is one of my favorite in New York City I call it my safe food
I love it too, I hope they live up to my expectations. Thanks for watching 😊
Thank you for sharing this. Much appreciated.
My pleasure! Thanks for watching 😊
The second and third floors should be turned into holiday apartments. I remembered this , lovely building. But not utilised properly
Second floor could also be used for meetings, dance, art gallery, yoga, the potentials are limitless. Thanks for watching 😊
❤
Thanks for watching 😊
Come to the Galleria Mall, located where? Continue to mention the location.
It's located at GrandAnse St. George.
Ok thanks Charles ..how far is it from the Raddison Hotel ..
@@nesha4446very close just a short walk up the street
I will make a point of showing locations in future vlogs. Its on the Grand Anse Main Road, a short walk up from the Radisson Hotel. A very central location. Thanks for watching 😊

😊
Thanks for watching 😊
They made a mall out of an hotel. That’s amazing
I think it was built as both a mall and a hotel. Interesting to see if they keep the hotel part. Thanks for watching Neboul 😊
That mall had to be in st David's
Its on the Grand Anse Main road not far from The Radisson hotel 😊
Make some videos on real-estate in Grenada
It has crossed my mind so we will see, thanks for watching 😊
Can you please mention the location of these places when you visit them. I am always looking at your blog to and keeping a book of these places for when I come home. As you go along continue to mention the locations.
You're right, I should have made the location more clear. Its on the Grand Anse Main Road not far from the Radisson Hotel. Thanks for watching 😊
Lovely, but too many steps in this era, where is the elevator?
If you look, when I enter the building, there is an elevator. Whether it works, I don't know but there is one. Thanks for watching 😊
You can see the elevator at 12:05
Why are they just building everything in st George's why not build in the other parishes just B's
It's on the way. Give it some time🙏🏿

Malls are things of the past. This is just an attempt for not tearing this thing down.

Capital Bank building. My money was invested in it. I got nothing
yes, the building was owned by a bank that faced problems thus the abandonment of the mall but I decided not to go into all of that. sorry for your losses.

I've been to Trinidad once, many years ago, maybe one day I will get to go again. thanks for watching 😊
