Except that the company says no vinegar? I have an older model and don't use it much at all. This time I wasted two pods b/4 realizing that it might need cleaning

The problem is that when we use vinegar, my vertuo keeps the red/green light on so doesnt reset the descaling option

When I press both buttons at end of descale cycle my machine turns off, it doesn’t turn green
Same happened with mine. You might have to re-do it. You also might’ve missed a step- I realized I did after watching this video
