I think early morning routines are literally so much better than night routines, actually. You have more power over you dopamine, you have less distractions, and you have the mental edge knowing all your competition is asleep. LOVE IT.

So hard working a 12 hr shift 5 days a week. I try and get in all the things but dude, getting breakfast in is hard lol agree being off the phone as much as possible! Gratitude practice is so good too 🤙🏽

I love the morning routine. Ive based mine off yours from a pervious video and it genuinely changes the whole course of the day.
Any recommendations on how to prioritize sleep? I'm bad at getting to bed on time and I frequently only get 3-5 hours per night.
What are your rough timings for these? (e.g wake-up/alarm time, exercise time)
I was going to start ice baths but ive seen it effects muscle growth.
What's your thoughts on this?
Love the list of non fiction books on your old video! Anyone/ Zac got a good list of fiction for the evening reading?
There’s 2 sides to this, the obvious side is us gaining positive things to add to a routine but the other side is the creativity and hustle of Zac.
We see a video of his routines but what he just did is recorded himself simply talking about what he does in the morning and night while adding in his sponsors (which he gets paid to do).
So simple and basic, nothing over the top, not forcing you to buy supplements but he’s still getting his bag.

@@zeepee4 sry I can’t do so much :) but my evening routine is basically 5-10 min meditation and not eating before 3 - 4 hours to sleep. My morning routine is basically fasting or light breakfast, exercise, cold shower and meditation 5-15 min
I always wake up hard
Definitely prefer the most challenging and creative tasks in the morning after a coffee, then exercise and food as a reward 😊🔥🥣

Technically yep! But because it’s so low in calories after a short time it’s still basically like I’m fasted.
Maybe important for autophagy but I’m more concerned about the other benefits
