Have been to Ascot before and it is lovely, expensive though, but a once in a lifetime experience. You both looked so dapper although I kept wanting to tighten Iwans tie. Placing imaginary bets is the way to go. 😅

I so enjoyed your sharing Ascot Races with me. The whole place was exciting and Luke you did very well in moderating the event… loved seeing all the fashion and especially that lady in the vintage outfit big red strip.

It rained all day when I went with friends a few years ago but it was still a great day.

I love Royal Ascot but haven’t been since before COVID. My friend Jo and I used to go and bet on horses we liked the name of. Plus, if you see a an Irish pundit, befriend him. Last time we were up by £80 each!
Looks like you both had an amazing day, how fab that you got to see The King and Queen too. I’m sorry you both got a rail fine, I think you’ve got to be a certain type of person to work in a job like that. I know it’s their job but kindness is so important and they shouldn’t have put you through that!
To be fair to BR they were not travelling inside of London but to another county Berkshire!

Queen Anne's Enclosue was named after the reigning monarch, Queen Anneof the United Kingdom, who was on the throne in 1711 when Ascot began. Anne, the Late Queen's daughter, is the Princess Royal, and not a monarch - just for reference x

First time watching your vlog and thanks for showing Royal Ascot. With Lady C ( Colin Campbell) showing her time in a" box" just beyond the finish line at the race course, I now have a better idea of Royal Ascot. It appears to be lots of fun and a chance to really dress up nicely. Glad you got a chance to go.
You both looked fantastic. I'm not a fan of horse racing but really enjoyed this vlog. The favourites to win have smaller odds e.g. 8 to 1 meaning for every £1 you bet, you win £8, whereas the least favourite to win would have higher odds like 100:1. I don't bet, I just know from people who do 😂
I enjoyed watching you guys today. Nice to relax and watch your adventures together. My grandmother lived in London born in Edinburgh. I can only drink 2 drinks and I'm looped - can't believe how many you both had and your still standing.🇨🇦

Awww so glad you both enjoyed Royal ascot. I have worked the Royal ascots. And worked in the Royal enclosure were you and Iwan was. I did stewarding their and trust me luke lady's day there is hilarious, all the heirs and graces vanish when the posh lady's get drunk. It's a once in a life time dream come true when you go to them

This was such a wonder vlog; I thoroughly enjoyed your trip to Royal Ascot. A part of me was a little sad thinking about her late Majesty, Queen Elizabeth 11 because she loved the horse races. However, I’m sure she was there in spirit with you and Iwan - no one else, just the two of you.

I've been to Ascot a few times,the last time I went I won the best hat competition 😂 it was amazing, got a big fat cheque which was great as I could have a flutter on the Gee Gees, lol, you both looked very handsome ☺

I love the races - go to Aintree every year but to be honest it's far too expensive now, but it's thrilling! You both looked fabulous - what a shame about the fines, seems very steep to me. You will get it back in other ways.

A open return ticket from Waterloo to Ascot is £15, though I did pay in advance (thinks it be the same price on the day), so technically your £35 out of pocket each, so it is not that bad.
