As an adult in the workforce with a 40h-week it‘s even less realistic. Idol‘s and model‘s and influencer‘s lives are differently structured. Oftentimes it’s literally their job to stay fit and healthy and film the process. That’s a totally different setting than going to school or to work, which often keeps you 11-12h out of the house and busy doing stuff that needs to be done.
Lmao in Greece we had 7 hours of classes and we wanted to die during high-school where in tf do you live and you have 12 hours of classes!? This is inhumane! No time for yourselves!?

i take 21 hrs I don't take rest so I just wake up and takes an hr to get ready for school 1 for going to school and 8 hrs sleep including the time to come home 2 hr for homeworks i usally do my homework in school half of it when noone comes to teach us and in the other remainging time i just sleeps or study till 12 o' clock then i usally wake up if i dont have any other things i just sleep again until 5 am i usally pack my bad iron my uniform and get my band and my hairbrush neatly so i dont misplace them before tomorrow so it's easy so in short it's like this 5am - 6 am - getting ready for school 6am - 7 am - going to school 7.30 am - 1.30 pm - in school 1.30 pm - 3 pm - coming home 3.00 pm - 3.30 pm - eating 3.30pm - 5.30pm-homeworks 5.30pm - 7.00 pm -packing my bag and getting my uniform ready for tomorrow 7.00pm - 8.00pm - studying or writing shortnotes 8.00pm - 5am - sleeping and it just keep being an infinite cycle till the weekdays where i just sleep all day if it's before exams i don't sleep and keep studying from 7.pm to 5.am or if i am currently in an exam i dont have homeworks so i just study from 3pm to 5 am
I barely sleep for 4 hours so I can have time but ur right honestly, like I wake up 6 and review for what I have then go to school and arrive at 8 and come back at 4 and then I need to do hw and exams and it takes 6 hours for other ppl for me it takes 3 max but im talking in general rn bc they give us like 7 pages worth of material which is like 100 pgs or smth and I still didn't start high-school so idk how I'm supposed to have a life outside of school
i can confirm it works. last year i was on the lowest point in my life then in January i got a gym membership and started workout 5 times a week. after that i changed what i eat for more healthier foods (yk, it just makes SENSE to do that, what is the point of going to gym and eat junk food daily?), after that i started taking more care of myself, my mind... one thing leads to other. now, December, i feel like a complete different person. ps: i was able to lost 18kg... such a win for me! so yeah, no matter what is your goal, you can do this! you can live a better life! just start. now.

And here's how my routine goes in weekdays: 6:00 to 7:00 Wake up and get ready for school 7:00 to 7:40 reach school 7:40 to 1:50 in school 1:50 to 2:50 journey to reach home 2:50 to 3:30 lunch 3:30 to 4:00 a little nap (Coz it's necessary) 4:00 to 5:30 tuition 5:30 to 6:00 ( A talk with family or personal time) 6:00 to 7:30 homework 7:30 to 8:30 - phone time 8:30 to 9:30- dinner time 9:30 to 11:30- it includes study, and watching tv and then going to sleep So where is time to do all the exercises!😢
It is normal to NOT have time for ALL of them!! You don't need to do all everyday, try to do a couple of them daily and changing them up day by day. Don't feel pressured
If you can, writing stories is also nice, like even just a few sentences a day. Especially if ur like me who feels lonely at times (aka like everyday) writing is a great!

you don t need to do all of these every single day, especially the 1 h workout, every other day or 2-3 times a week is more than enough, you can keep the 5 min stretch daily, maybe make it 10-15 on the days you don t work out, adjust it for you

How I interpret this : the 5min stretch and 25min walk included in the 1hr exercise. Then the 10min non-sleep deep rest, 15min journ and 20min read is already the 45min Me-time 😂
For those of you that are students, or already in the work force and work 40+ hrs, it is very much doable. You just need better time management. And you obviously don’t have to do this all together or on a daily basis. Wake up an hour, or two hours earlier, or if you work early in the morning, I would suggest doing it in the evenings. Start by adding it to your schedule twice a week, or three times a week, whatever makes it more manageable for you.
None of these are sacrifices. These are just add-ons to your life, that can help improve anybody's life. I am not sure about all of them, but some of them are a must and they're not sacrifices but our duties, it's self-care and it'll only improve our life. None of these would make me feel sad or make me feel like I'm missing out on something because of these
If we really talk about small sacrifices---- 1. Stop gossiping 2. Try to keep your cool 3. Stop swearing 4. Stop hating yourself (cuz for some people hating their body is a habit so sacrifice it) 5. Be nice to everyone 6. Sacrifice that feeling of a couch patoto with zero confidence. 7. Add more........... By someone who is a couch patoto.......😅
