Best places to do Paramedic imo
1. Fort Carson (because the safehouse there has a garage where you can store an ambulance and easily make multiple attempts since ambulance may not spawn at the hospital)
2. Angel Pine (as good as Fort Carson, except there is no garage available there, so if ambulance doesn't spawn there you'll have to get one all the way from San Fierro)
3. Red County (because there are hardly any irregularities in roads, and they are also quite open so risk of police getting behind you or killing your patients is much less)
So yeah, Red County starting from Montgomery is the best place to do this mission at the beginning.
There are an ambulance at angel pine
there's literally a hospital in angel pine that always has a ambulance and hearse spawn
Why bringing the Ambulance from bigger cities? Angel Pine and Fort Carson both have Ambulances, if it isn't there just go around some blocks and come back...
I prefer to wait for Angel Pine to unlock, it's smaller than Fort Carson and unlike Montgomery, all patients spawn within the city limits.
I have been quite annoyed because the ambulance sometimes does not spawn at Angel Pine, and I have no option but to go all the way to San Fierro. If you don't mind waiting to finish, I highly recommend Fort Carson.
Aayush Varma just kill a pedestrian or 2 in angel pine or just go away from its spawn and come back should fix the issue
For those who are thinking why is he attempting the Paramedic with 4 star wanted level. He did this only to make the mission more challenging. Because Paramedic doesn't involve much of a hassle in small towns like this patients spawn nearby only.
on android w/o proper controls its still impossible

3.Los Santos Vagos (LSV)
4.Varrios Los Aztecas (VLA)
montgomery is the best place to complete paramedic and fire truck mission at very early of the game
You can't do the paramedic missions on Angel Pine at the beginning of the game because if you try there will be no patients at all.

For some reason no patients spawn for me when I do this mission in Angel Pine at the very beginning
you can only do the paramedic mission in Angel Pine after completing The Green Sabre mission

Unnecessary havoc, as usual.. It's always best to keep a low profile, if you are aiming for a CLEAN SAVE.

I was stopping, someone hit my car and I accidentally killed one of the patients on level 12

countryside is just damn place, the peds doesnt know how to drive cars, many trucks

Heights of insanity! Why the hell would someone want to do a paramedic mission with a freaking 4-star wanted level with all the Ranger, SWAT Enforcer and Maverick vehicles continuously chasing, ramming and shooing at the ambulance which is most likely to topple and get destroyed!

We can't do the Paramedic mission in Angel Pine, because Angel Pine is locked at the very beginning of the game, and it's not possible to do the Paramedic missions in locked areas of the game, and thank me later.
