When is the best time to pump blow lug as there quite small you say around this time as there spawning ?

Spring to late summer best .. they spawn around November then they thin out till spring

You don’t on these lug they don’t keep .. you only do it on the black lug .. they firm up when you squeeze the guts out .. plus 9 times out of 10 when you pump black lug they blow the guts out themselves..
