Julius and Lucius are not the same, they are brothers who share the same body, only Lucius is dominant due to his soul magic while Julius does not know his magic but it is not the time magic, if you look at the part where Julius's eye focuses it is clearly shown that he begins to use a little more of Astaroht's power and magic to seal Conrad

What a mess of a movie. compeletely getting the timeline, character development confused.. Great animation and design but the story was a mess.
They said multiple times that Asta is on trial which is ep 128+ 🗿not to mention it literally said volume 23.5 multiple times on the promotional material
