I remember meeting TR about 25-ish or so years ago in a little vegetarian restaurant on St. John USVI called The Garden of Lucious Licks; he was super kind and friendly to everyone there.
I bought a series to listen to while I was on the treadmill and repeated the words over and over again and they changed my life and my health. I still drink greens. 59 now and still working out and healthy.
Undoubtedly the best book anyone could buy if they want to learn more about living a healthy and vibrant life!

There are so many things we can try, but we have to start somewhere first. Pick one thing and work on that. fix your sleep, change your diet, start a prayer or meditation practice, begin to exercise, when you have done the basics whatever it left over is the problem. These first ones don't cost you much or anything...
