Maybe I'm being hypnotized, but I see and hear what this man is saying. I work in technology, I have no experience in capital markets, electronical engineering but I can hear the case of this man. This is a gross level of incompetence, that is running our country. South Africans let's get together start a stokvel and take the issue this man has highlighted to court, we can't live in hope anymore hope that what a politician will someday do the right thing. Loadshedding is a 16 year teenager and we have our arms folded. This man has done a lot of education in this podcast, we need to not just take to the streets but the courts and challenge the unlawful nature at which this country is being run.

I feel the loss that Tshepo explains in this episode because I have worked at PetroSA, and at SAPREF. I still don't understand why the SA government would allow the top refineries to go. How can importing be best than generating energy within the country. People lose jobs under promise of money (retrenchments) but all that is not sustainable. When Engen burnt down, what a loss too for Durban people and the country. Our politians are indirectly killing us.

These are masterclasses, saved to be studied and absorbed many months later after the recordings. Its sad that its only us Africans (governments) who refuse to implement the great work done by our experts, everyone else benefits from them but instead we'd rather call Europeans, Americans and Asians masquerading as experts to help loot and destroy our countries at the detriment of the brilliance of our own. I'm in Botswana and this is not just a SA problem, its the same here and pretty much everywhere across the continent.

Very difficult information to wrap one's head around. An imminent blackout (that could go on for three weeks) is something I don't anyone ever saw coming. It's bone-chilling to think of. However, thank you very much for this - it's been very insightful!

This Gentlemen must just open a University and lecture in every faculty, there is nothing that he does'nt know, i promise you. And when he started talking about God , i cried .You cant be so brilliant and believe in God. People like you believe in themselves, their connections and money. RESPECT!
It's unfortunate that the people in power will never give such talent the freedom to lead and provide oversight to our SOEs. I wish the conditions in SA were different because we love this country.
That is why such talent go out globally to serve in other countries where the are valued. Too sad.

Mr Kgadima and KD thank you for an insightful conversation. I'm always a sponge when I'm in the presence of greatness. These are masterclasses, saved to be studied and absorbed many months later after the recordings. Its sad that its only us Africans (governments) who refuse to implement the great work done by our experts, everyone else benefits from them but instead we'd rather call Europeans, Americans and Asians masquerading as experts to help loot and destroy our countries at the detriment of the brilliance of our own. I'm in Botswana and this is not just a SA problem, its the same here and pretty much everywhere across the continent.

Listening to this conversation really depresses me..the ANC is a serious curse in this country..their selfishness is beyond..the sad part is that the bulk of the population that will vote for ANC are not exposed to these types of conversations and people with this wealth of knowledge... the ANC vilify and discredit such individuals.
The Gospel started with a few men and women… We all need to do everything we can to get this message out even if it is just in conversations we have.
