In Domincan Republic, they treat you like royalty. I had an amazing customer service experience there and in Cancun
I get what you’re trying to say about Customer Service. I dealt with that when we went last year and it was offputting. It may be a cultural difference, but it still can make you feel like you’re not being treated like a guest. I’m glad that the Butler was awesome though.
Hello, this video is really helpful, thank you! We are off to the Royalton in August. We will be doing Diamond Club. What was your experience with getting sunbeds at the pool and beach? Were they readily available? And is the DC beach a more relaxed vibe? Appreciate any info you can pass on. Many thanks.
Hello, thank you! I’m glad this was helpful. The time we went it wasn’t hard getting sunbeds or chairs. Going out earlier in the morning would definitely help. The DC area has less people so you definitely should be able to find spaces. The DC area is definitely a more relaxed vibe at the pool and pool bar. The main pool has the party vibes with the dis and entertainment staff.

Hello. The beach conditions were nice, there wasn’t any seaweed when I went and the water was really clear. I always wear water shoes on the beach and the ocean so I can say 100% if the shore has a lot of rocks but it didn’t seem to.
