In Domincan Republic, they treat you like royalty. I had an amazing customer service experience there and in Cancun
I get what you’re trying to say about Customer Service. I dealt with that when we went last year and it was offputting. It may be a cultural difference, but it still can make you feel like you’re not being treated like a guest. I’m glad that the Butler was awesome though.
Tipping is so important.

I’m thinking about booking a trip here with my hubby, son and mother and law. I had a not so great experience at another resort last year and would love a positive experience this time around .
How long did you stay for? Looking to go but don’t know if 2 weeks is too long
We stayed for 4 days. Unless you have some excursions planned, I think 2 weeks for this particular resort because it’s on the smaller side.

Hello. The beach conditions were nice, there wasn’t any seaweed when I went and the water was really clear. I always wear water shoes on the beach and the ocean so I can say 100% if the shore has a lot of rocks but it didn’t seem to.

Were they readily available? And is the DC beach a more relaxed vibe? Appreciate any info you can pass on. Many thanks.
