Pro miner tip: if you need to fight a mob. Get the other miner to kill it then when he's weak stab him in the back.
On your comment about Miners: I'm a competent spessmans, and I'm honestly amazed every minute past the first you aren't gang-banged by ashland critters out of nowhere. That's what happens to me when I go mining, even near the mining station, ganked by random mobs before I know whats happening.
Seriously, sometimes you get down to lavaland and there's a colossus destroying the base already, five minutes into the round. Mining is dangerous stuff.
Rolled shaft miner last shift, Visited lavaland....From the mining shuttle I saw an ashdrake..told the cap I wasn't mining anymore.
back in my gmod RP days we called meta grudging the "new life rule".

I have to admit, an Artic habitat (replete with Undead Eskimos) is a good shelter from ash storms...
I've really grown to appreciate these after spending a few hundred hours on SS14. It isn't caught up yet, but the stations and jobs are getting closer and closer. I can actually follow what's goin on and where you're goofin around.

Its always goofball! But seriously there are so many commits each days its hard to keep up. I think they recently wanted to make medical more interesting by making more illnesses, like brain damage and stuff.. So that might be part of that.
Yet medical always is just may as well finish him off and clone.

Honestly I have no Idea what's up with the moth people except that it was a thing from hippie station apparently. Personal I like them and the variation but I'm also the kind of person who hates humans in most setting for being very boring which I feel SS13 suffers from.
I also think they removed the REEEE'ing from moths so the one thing I could understand hate for is gone (or people just don't use it? one of two.)
The ironic thing thing here is moths are the more tolerated race (next to cat girls for obvious reasons).

What happened? You were traitor but just minded all game and did nothing to hurt the enemy? Can someone explain what he did to win the game? I just saw him getting resources for the enemy all game.
Being a traitor doesn't make you an enemy of the station per se. Think of it as a spy, you go in, do what you're meant to do and get out (unless you objective is to die a glorious death).
Now, being a an antagonist does give you some leeway in being a dick to other players (depends on the server). So you're usually given the freedom to kill a bunch of people to accomplish your objective/force the shuttle call/ for fun.
Of course, you can go in and develop a super death virus, a swarm of sentient monsters, letal exploding tomatoes, self destroying nanites, flood the station with plasma fires, poison all of the food and healing chemicals, bomb half of the station at the same time, stealth kill everyone one person at a time, etc. Or you can go, kill your mark and pretend all is normal.
Being an antagonist just gives you an excuse to not do your job and do whatever you want. Preferally making stuff fun or memorable for other people.
One time as a miner I was a traitor, I killed every other miner, disconected every camera and comunications and pretended there was a lizarman incursion from lavaland. Got most of security into the lavaland shuttle and blew it with a bomb once they got there, making all of sec survivors stranded and unable to comunicate.
After that I just killed my mark and got drunk in the bar until round end. Everyone play their antags as they want.
But mining is all about that mining loot
