    Wish they would implement this durability on some of their basketball models. Adidas is pretty good in that regard, but that little bit more would push them over the edge.

    Great shoe, just picked it up at REI for ~$45USD; super comfy, and works very well at a faster tempos (6:00-6:30 min/mile pace) compared to slower jogs (for context, I weigh 180lbs); the cushion really comes "alive" when running faster. Only gripe is the medial side of the shoe really has a strong arch, digs into that side of the foot and is a tad bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, great shoe and greats review, didn't realize there was that much lightstrike pro in the forefoot.

      180lb at that speed is very impressive!!! Most people hating this shoe are used to running on cushion shoes including myself however, mixing these type of shoes also helps foot strength. I actually enjoy running in SL or Saucony shift 2.

    Finally to make these shoes runable I removed around 30% of the heel with a sharp wood drill . It worked making them usable. I haven't tested longer runs yet as trying out my Boston 11s just now ( 15 mile run yesterday was great in this shoe) . The sl is a cheaper shoe but really there's no excuse for such a bad hard running shoe

    First run, this shoe feel thick and brick, but when i use it for 20 miles until this shoe break-in. Man, so comfy shoes! The lightstrike pro works pretty good!
    Upper build like a tank, But the downside the outsole preety weak for me.

      Did you get any blisters on the arch of your feet when you got these shoes? I’m having this issue and wondering if they just arnt for my feet or when they’re worn in will that issue go away

    • @askfullandstarving7006
      @askfullandstarving7006 Рік тому

      @@joshallen1846 it is! I have blister 4-5 times and after that it's gone, either my arch feet adapt with the shoe or the shoe break in. My friend have some issue like that, he has 2 times blister and never happen again

    actually some reviewers said that it's firmer and less energetic then shoes with modern superfoams. it's more of an traditional firmer shoe with just a little lightstrike pro added to it.

    Thanks for this review as always. Recently copped your shoe guide ^^
    As a suggestion it'd be dope af in spreadsheet form to allow for filtering, sorting, and more. There's settings to make google sheets non-copyable, exportable, and etc, don't really see how it'd be any worse than your current method ya know.
    Lastly, would love to see a review of the Li-Ning Sharp Edge 3.0 aka Liren 3.0, the reviews are hella promising/hype, cheers

    i've been looking for an affordable running/walking shoe for a trip coming up, since my current pair doesn't have a lot of protection for ball of foot pain. i ended up on this video because i saw found them on sale, and you specifically mentioned ball of foot protection. this is so perfect, thanks so much for the review!!

    Hi All! I got an Garmin HRM Pro plus which device can measure left-right GCT balance. I got an Adizero SL and a Saucony Kinvara 14. When I run in my Saucony the left-right balance is around 48-52% R. On the other hand, running in Adizero SL this ratio is much better around 49-51 or more balanced. I don't know the reason why? Do you have idea guys? Why Adizero get me better balance compared to Saucony Kinvara? Thank you All for tips and tricks.

    @footdoctorzach I'm hoping you provide a shoe recommendation for my colleague. We are in the event business and its not uncommon for an Event Manager to do 18-20 miles in steps during an event. My colleague is female, small feet (size 4) but very wide feet. Is there an athletic shoe you can recommend, preferably comes in a black model that my colleague can investigate? TY as always for your terrific reviews. Presently sporting the Diadora Blushield Torneo 2 on the pickle courts thanks to your reviews.

      If you’re a mid- forefoot striker it’s decent - heel and more posterior midfoot it’s less than ideal for sure
