Parrots Need Public Help

Judy Tennant, owner of Parrot Partners Canada in Carleton Place Friday. This "finishing school" for parrots is one of the only programs in Canada that rehabilitates wild birds to live comfortably among people. But, like many non-profits, it's fallen on hard economic times, is at risk of closing, and has turned to the community for support.

Ottawa Citizen, why haven’t you posted a link so that people can donate? I wonder What’s the point of doing this video if not to help people donate to save these glorious birds and support the place?

Both comments are ridiculous. Send them home to where? It should be illegal to be ignorant. These people are wonderful for taking care of them babies, if you aren't going to help move on!

OMG this is really an example of one of the better sanctuaries, where they stop at 54, to be able to give each individual the attention they need. It's heartbreaking to see what inflation and covid has done to them. I wish them so much luck and donations to sustain them🤞❤️‍🩹🩵💜💙💛🧡🩷❤️💘💔💕💘💝💖💓💗👻🐔
