I feel like this perfectly embodies how much Nikki had to grow and learn to take responsibility at a young age. The grandma is most likely a key as to why she's in miraland. Also they said this is a dream, was miraland a dream after all?

The fact kids can't walk outside , play outside and take busses and do shopping in america is just sad. I live in the Netherlands ( europe) and you'll see kids alone here too cause it is normal, hell. In norway they will let their baby outside in a stroller. Usa is a third world country and ill never understand why people don't move out.
