Loved this video. They are all so cute and having so much fun. Grady looked so funny sticking his tongue out. lol Our Winston is good at emptying his toy box every day!
Hah! Your floor there looks a lot like our floor--at all times. Dog (and cat) toys spread from one end to the other with some dog and cat beds thrown in for good measure (although most the beds are empty, as everyone is on the couch!).
I'm not a fan of rubies, but those two are beautiful. Fun to see the variation in ruby color. My cavi loves apples & frozen berries and then carrots and green beans. She also loves to sneak a leaf of kale from the produce drawer. I say good riddance to that vile weed.
Yes, all of our dogs are pure bred. My practice in breeding has been to use sire-dam combinations that will produce the best qualities of soundness, health, and temperament. The last thing I worry about is how the dog is marked, and we have often used a particolor (Blenheim or Tricolor) with a whole color (Ruby or Black and Tan). That can produce little mismarks like Grady's splashes of white. To me, it's worth it if I can get an otherwise terrific Cavalier puppy.
@@chaskat35 Thank you for your answer. I was pretty sure that he was pure bred. He seems like a great dog! I was surprised because my Zoey has the same splashes of white( actually more!) and I get that question all the time. My girl is a great pet; probably the best I've ever had. I raised Westies for 40 years and it's so nice to have a gentle, cuddly pet this time!
Some people claim that there are differences in temperament because of color, but I don't subscribe to that belief. As far as I'm concerned, each individual Cavalier has its personality, much like people do.
If I knew why, all my dogs would have lucious coats. All I know is that it varies. The one fact, however, that is irrefutable is that the black hair grows faster and longer than the other colors, as a general rule. That's why Tricolors and Black and Tans usually have nicer ears.
I too am outraged! I don't know how they can claim that she has encouraged a non-competitive atmosphere - I've shown her at lots of dog shows, and she is always very competitive!
@@chaskat35 Funny! Also - we know that the focus is on Apple (the pup) at the moment due to her upcoming big event. However, it will be very interesting to see how Bootsie manages the changes, and the new arrivals. She is my wife's favourite - do 'grandma' pups ever get involved with helping their own young to cope with new litters? (AND... just got to say this....Apple's pups have TWO Dads?? How 21st century is that !!!...back in my day it only took one, a glass of wine and some Tony Bennett....) Congrats - your videos are a delight. Thanks.
Bella tilts her head just like my baby, Abbie.
Apple is so wonderful in every way! I can’t wait to see her as a mom.
Troppo simpatici😂😂😂😂😂!Troppo belli😊😊😊😊😊!Tanto coccoloni❤❤❤❤❤!Buona domenica🎉🎉🎉🎉
And Grady empties the toy box like Abbie does too.
Nice video - Bella and Grady are a delight. What about Boo asleep in her crate! Half her luck.
Bella is almost the spitting image of our Ruby, Murphy! What a pretty girl.
Darling! Darling! Darling! What lovely dogs enjoying their green beans & toys! Thanks so much for posting.
Of course she wants to be up where it’s comfy and she rules 😂🥰🙏❤️

Thanks for the love ❤
Beautiful Cavaliers. I appreciate your understanding of the breed and your descriptions.
Bella Reminds me of my HoneyRose ❤❤❤❤❤
Bella lives up to her name
Green Beans made us laugh coz our Cavalier always loved Green Beans.. Her favorite.. Hope all is well and have a great weekend..
Grady has a beautiful face.
They are all gorgeous dogs but Apple is stunning. I would love one of her puppies.
I agree. She is one of the most beautiful cavaliers that I have ever seen.

I love the head tilt! Rusty, my ruby Cavalier is also a master of the head tilt.
He also likes to watch from the back of the couch

Is Grady a pure bred Cavalier? He has the same coloring as my Zoey.

Is Grady neutered and that's why he is ok being around Bella? I would assume there would be extra precautions if not!!
Oh, yes - we wouldn't have taken him for boarding if he were not neutered. Of course, that still doesn't stop him from trying to mount her.
Do the Ruby Cavaliers have a different temperament than the rest of them? I look after a Ruby and she is definitely a wild and crazy girl!

Yey!
Hi, Why do some cavaliers have naturally shorter hair than others? We know of a 2 year old ruby that has shorter hair than typical cavaliers we see.

I am outraged to see the latest news headline...! "US Government sues Apple!" Why are they persecuting such an innocent pup? Please explain...

What is Bella wearing?
Looks like a bandana to me, although it took me a minute to "see" that.
Kind of a misplaced bandanna? Bella is inside on the furniture without any protection!
It is a bandanna, but she somehow slipped one front leg through the loop.
Why did Brady stick his tongue out?
His bite is just a little bit off from what the Breed Standard describes. As a result, his tongue can slip through slightly now and then.
