David Sylvian is the most underrated genius in music. I’d put him right behind Bowie for excellent vocals and musicianship. I highly recommend The song Wave from his album Gone to Earth. It’s excellent and features gorgeous guitar work from King Crimson’s Robert Fripp. They’ve collaborated many times.
I could suggest many David Sylvia’s songs from the albums Gone to Earth (riverman song is one of my favs) or Secrets of the beehive (Orpheus song is great). You will love them!!
Oh man, that voice is *gorgeous* - especially when the record is so beautifully recorded. Nobody sounds like David Sylvian. Really lush chord changes, a real trademark of his, and fascinating words as always.

Orpheus is stunning, a career high IMO.
Remember how good his Nostalgia was? I see that review quite often.
