I’ve used Finale since 1995 and there’s still one reason I need to use it. But Dorico and Dorico for iPad have completely taken its place in all of my other notation workflows. The Finale team is falling so far behind now they’ll never catch up. Bravo Dorico team. Can’t believe I’m a proud Dorico user. Didn’t see that coming.

I've requested something similar during Dorico 3. And it has come already and even more powerful than I would thought. When I got more time to write music this feature alone would make me upgrade Dorico.

Amazing!! Inteliji IDEs has a similar feature but they also have the option to change key commands to actions on the fly when you are in that modal. That is incredibly affective, so I'd consider adding this as well. Also - please add this to Cubase as well!!! it will really speed up workflow especially for beginners
If I’ve set custom key commands for frequently used functions, do those also appear in the jump bar? Yes it’s a little embarrassing that I set some shortcuts and then forgot what they were, but in my defense… I’m very forgetful
The audio mix is heavy on bass making it hard to understand your words. I had to back up and replay numerous times in places. Otherwise, great content! Thanks.

This kind of feature is the reason why CAD software can be so quick to use. I'm just glad that it has come to more types of software.
Absolutely right! I believe this idea comes for intelliji IDEs where they have a slightly for advanced version of this feature for a while now

Tips:
Put = after your command and type what ever you want and it becomes your jump bar alias.
