    I am 23 and I am not overweight but for some.reason my arms look so bad, very thin and with loose skin😢
    Even as a teen I had that. I dnt know what could be the reason for it.
    But I am ready to get ride of it with this

    pooh, just about 2 minutes but i had to take a braek at least every 20 seconds or so 🤣
