Thanks Brett for this really nice sequence! The cuing for Downward Dog was awesome for really focusing on all those minor adjustments. I loved the shoulder stretches and chest openers, it is always so needed for me! I am really looking forward to doing the New Years Eve intention-setting workshop with you tonight, on Facebook. It is going to be so great. With all of us doing it together, we can draw together some really powerful energy for the New Year!
I would love to try this because I have allover pain today (might be the front coming thru). I need to ask first if its also good for the neck? My worst pain is there (degenerative disks in neck). I just don't want to tweek anything worse. Thankyou! Love you and your videos, and I LOVE that you are collaborating with Lesley. She is another one of my favorites, altho sometimes a little advance for me.
+Jen M I DO do some gentle stretches to stretch the sides of the neck in this one at the beginning. Def skip those or modify if it's not feeling right.
