It does not change everything. You'd still do the exact same thing. You still need a friend or family member to partner with.

So, my partners account got shut down, It was on his personal name, no business. Now I am planning to create my own under my EIN number. I plan to buy a new laptop and phone. I will be using a VPN and a bank account that has never been linked.
However, the address I will be using my warehouse which I did buy stuff from on my partners AMZ. So, will I be caught if I use my warehouse address?

Yeah, put your friend’s as a manager when you open the LLC with your state just to be safe. After that when you file your first annual report remove your friend’s name and put yours.
When you file to get your EIN from the IRS put your own name tho.
Wait when you make a new account the look and EIN and business info. So are you suppose to be on that info or the family member or friend?
Put your friend on the business info just in case.
On the EIN it does not matter you can put your name.
@@gunzaJMG on so your say on the business license just your friend and EIN doesn’t matter? Reason I ask because turning the interview process when Amazon checking information they look at those and is there a problem if someone that has already been suspend on that license a problem
@@PrimeTimePat1 they may look at the business license from your state so yeah put your business name there.
For the EIN you’re just going to submit the number not the letter from the IRS. You can’t get the name of a person owning a business with the EIN
Hey Chris, I recently got deactivated, appealed 3 times all denied, decided to start selling through my friends account that is 2 years older than mine. I was wondering if i still need to change computers and phones? Since I’m not creating a new seller account, just logging into his existing account using my devices
Logging in on his account from your device could lead to amazon linking the accounts. I would avoid doing that

Question. I currently have two seller account that were created for me by family members. Tax season is approaching and I need to put it under my business. My question is, do I need to create a brand new LLC or can just use dba and get a different Ein number under my current llc? Was just same here and I wasted time trying to get support to get my account reactivated guess what? They never did . If not for *_Cyber.kor1* (solution and support services) who got my account reactivated. And i can boldly recommend them if you still havent gotten a solution yet.

Good question, there's probably a way but it would require a lot of work from them.

Such as contacting seller support, prove their identity to get access to the account but even if it is possible it is going to need a lot of back and forth to find someone that is actually going to help you.
I sucessfully set up a new account in my name but different markplace eg usa in stead of usa after gettimg suspended it has been fine for weeks if i just add a different LLC to it do you think it will be fine or get suspended eventually

You don't link it manually. Your ip will get linked to your account on Amazon backend once you login with it.
