Wait what? Do you mean simulated diamonds? They are different to lab grown diamonds. Simulated ones are cubic zirkonia for example.
Lab grown diamonds are real diamonds.

Lab-grown diamonds are diamonds and test as diamonds. I don't know why this narrator used the word synthetic.
