Thanks for stopping by and visiting my channel. The No Palm Travelers is in the How to Tame a Moose lecture notes, 1995. I have published six versions of the Travelers effect over the last 50 years, and all of them have tried to cut down on the numbers of palms. Most versions of this effect have four palms to complete the effect. I also should have mentioned Brother John Hamman in the credits as one of his ideas was used in the construction of this routine. Really amazing. I really appreciate how you give the history and evolution of each trick. Steve Reynolds also has a fantastic and clever no palm version on Travellers, the name of which I can't remember
Steve's version is called Crossroad Travelers from Seek 52. I loved his version and have tweaked it a little. Here is the link ua-cam.com/video/Y8VoOhh33pU/v-deo.html
This is fantastic, thank you for your work on Vernon's traveller's and your tremendous contributions to our craft. I have been a fan of your work since i began my journey in magic. I've always been intrigued with the plot of travellers. However, I've always been a bit shy to put some real effort into it. Due to all the palming involved. However,. I would really like to learn this particular handling because it doesn't have any palming and I have a routine in my current set that I believe would mesh very well with this. Where can I get the lecture notes with this routine in it? Also, is this routine able to be done while standing up? Thanks again for the video!
Nathan - It was in How to Tame a Moose lecture notes -- several improvements over the years and the updated handle is going to be in the new book that Vanishing Inc is going to put out.
Thank you so much for the reply. I really appreciate it. Do you happen to know the release date of your lecture notes containing this updated handling? Thank you so much for the information.
Grear job Allan. Thank you.
You are very welcome
What a performance💪👏👏👏👌
David glad you like the routine. Travelers is a trick that I am always working on - still looking for the ultimate method.
Really excellent Allan. Loved it
Michael glad you liked the routine -- I will be at the sessions convention next January. It has been awhile since I have been to England.
