I really love so many of EWF arrangements, some of my favorites are I wanna be with you, after the love is gone, and loves holiday, and you can't hide love. Thanks for being you
One thing overlooked here is that every third time through the pattern, the C#min7 becomes a C#7. Thank you so much for teaching the world how to play Earth, wind and fire tunes!

The RH chords on their own *look* like E and D major triads, yes. When you add the roots with the LH the chords are C#m7 and Bm7.
