To be honest, as much as I enjoyed this matchup, I feel like the overtime match point for the tie-breaker map should be unlimited overtime. This was not really the case in this example, as you pointed out, whichever team won a round in overtime first lost the map, but I remember back when BO1s didn't have the overtime win/loss with 2/1 points respectively, and it always felt cheap when a team won overtime because they were lucky enough to get two defensive rounds in overtime. Idk if during the map pick (I've been watching Professional Siege since 2016, a lot has changed) that the team that chooses the deciding map guarantees themselves the lesser side during overtime, but with a match this close it would have felt really cheap if not for the fact that every map win had that team win on both overtime attack and defense. Amazing game, watching it live was unreal as I kept checking in and still saw the teams fighting tooth and nail to stay ahead. Besides the casting I think this match could easily be consumed as one of the greatest.
What's mad is that as you described each of the first 4 matches, I had EXACTLY the same round in mind as came up, 4/4! Shows just how much these things stick into our memories
Too bad we didnt have any data focused casters for this match. I found Interro and fluke extremely distracting during the barn burner of all time. On today especially I dream of Kixstar casting this one.

The lack of unlimited OT has hurt the competitive integrity of so many matches.
