First off, Merry Christmas Rylan.
Hey, I'm retired so I get to watch a lot of coverage on Thunder basketball. You're show does so well because you're good at what you do. You stay on point and you know your stuff.
This whole starting rotation thing makes no sense. I love Zai, he leaves it all on the floor every night, but he isn't a starter. He is however a very good role player off the bench. You see it, I see it, and I don't think it is much of a leap to say that the team sees it as well. You pointed to Zai's numbers, my guess is the entire teams numbers suffer as well. At least that is what the eye test says.
I know it may be uncomfortable, but the only person that knows why Daigneault keeps beating this dead horse is Daigneault and the only way to find out why is to ask.

I'd love to see more second unit being run by cason with Caruso playing off ball for him, Wiggins and ous as the wings with jwill at the 5.... solid team can defend well at every position possible starting 5 of, shai, jdub, dort, ihart and chet with Joe as the super sub catch and shoot threat situationally depending on match ups and if hot or not

SGA has more to prove for MVP imo. Matchups against other mvp candidates he needs to dominate. 41 on the wizards doesn’t mean much when everyone else had 50 on em but good to see he went crazy.

It's quite possible that next season we will go from saying "Just because Cason Wallace was able to avoid a GLeague trip & play 82 games in NBA; we can't assume that every mid-1st rd pick will do the same" to ... "We can't assume our 25' 2nd rd pick will never play in GLeague & will be a regular in Mark's l/u, just because Ajay Mitchell did it"

Wallace should be starting and Ajay Mitchell should get the most guard minutes. He's that talented. Some kind of trade is coming.
Agree, however, these guys (Wallace, Mitchell) will mesh into roles. Refreshing to see the
potential OKC has as they fill out the roster. GO THUNDER!
@Larry-j9m6v More on Mitchell. Ajay Mitchell has elite talent. He has enormous offensive and defensive potential. He could start for most teams right now. If SGA missed a game, he would be the starter. He out rebounded IHart with 12 rebounds to 11. This is a rookie point guard we are talking about. He has climbed to 9th on the KIA rookie rankings on a deep Thunder team. Pretty impressive.
Hi, Rylan. I didn’t get to watch the game and don’t get to watch every game. At this point in the season, are you concerned about the 3-point shooting? I frequently hear about variance, but it doesn’t seem like the team as a whole has performed well in that area the whole season so far.
Also, do you think the offense is overly simplistic and dependent on turnovers/transition offense?

I strongly disagree w/ Rylan! 'LoT' viewership should NOT 'decline on XMas Eve/XMas. We can all make time for both our Families & our Thunder Family. I have to spend time w/ my family, fiance's family & my cat Stryker who understandably demands I spend quality time w/ him on the holidays. Yeah they need Cam Johnson. It'll suck to lose someone like Wiggins but he would take them to another level. They have no consistent high volume shooter. They'll be complete with him and Chet coming back
