POTATO POTTA PASTRY
5 large puff pastry sheets (10 squares)
3 medium potatoes
1 onion
3 - 4 cloves of garlic
4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of mixed tomato paste
1 teaspoon mint
1 teaspoon red sweet ground pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
For the above ; liquid oil
