- It was a weekend loaded with storylines as the Renegades visited Crownsville MD for a hectic four-show weekend. This weekend served as Stinger Unleashed's return to competition for the first time in over a month as the truck was sidelined due to a blown motor. The issues continued however, as half of the lineup (Shredder, Shockwave, & Be Aware) was unable to perform for the fourth show. To fill the void, The Metal Shop's Air Mail truck was given a last minute invite to perform for the Sunday show. In addition to Air Mail, Stone Crusher and Hooked made their Renegade Tour debut and showed the old PEIs can still spin a wicked a donut.

FYI - both Stinger and Stone Crusher were fighting broken axles through this show; Stinger in the front and Stone Crusher in the rear. Given that, I’d say they both did an awesome job!
Was there that Sunday, even with just 4 trucks they at least put on a good show. As usual Stinger burn down the stage.

Cool that they got side-by-side racing this year! Huge step up from last year in Crownsville overall that's for sure.
Also anyone know why the Hagerstown Speedway isn't having Vaters or someone else promote a show this year? They always sold well and the reception to last years show seemed rather positive.
Yes! Bracket racing is always better than time trials
Venue damage is the most common answer I hear. I was seeing the railing getting clipped when I was there last year.
@austinstre93 That's what I figured it was. Gonna miss seeing the monsters at Hagerstown but I understand the venue damage situation.
5:57 Ceejay Rettew in Stinger Unleashed just destroyed the chassis the exact same way Jeff Souza in Rockwell Red did in sanlinas 2023! That is some serious damage to a 12,000 pound Monster Truck!
He was already repaired for this weekend. They did good.

Ceejay destroyed the chassis the same way Jeff Souza did in Salinas 2023. And what make this fitting is that two trucks were using the Ford Raptor Trophy Truck body style.

They said at the beginning of the year each renegade show would feature at least 6 trucks.... That didn't last
It is a little hard when you have 2 trucks decide to leave halfway through a 4 show weekend.
Originally there were 6 but 2 dipped halfway through the weekend which is why Air Mail showed up last minute as a fill in.
