If you got this for the Sega Genesis press start on the 2nd controller. It's characters above Shao Khan, mainly Kano and Sonya tell me if they is just as hard to beat like Jade. You might be able to press start on other video game consoles as long as it's ultm Mk3 ????

If anyone deserves to be called the most unfair fight in this game that would be Shao Kahn, spamming his dumb shoulder charge that removes half your health even if you're blocking. There's a restaurant close to my house that has an UMK3 arcade machine, i went there yesterday and it took me 7 damn coins to beat him

I am now practicing medicine here in Seattle, WA.........Yes, this story would have been great. But the truth is I'm still here at the arcade. The buttons are so sticky and doesn't seem to want to work anymore, also the joystick just fell off. fffffffFffFFUCK Juice!!!

Jade AI is overpowered but if you look the actual tier list of the game, Jade is garbage. Can't compete against teleporter bullshit like Ermac, Scorpion or Kabal speed

He was also the only character I could pull a Brutality off with. And also seeing Jade is giving me horrible flashbacks. HATED her. Of all the ninja females, she was the worst to face.
When you look at the credits, it seems like Ed Boon is responsible for all or the most of the functionality of the game, so he's probably responsible for the AI too. 😉
The AI cheating is especially nasty in MK games. You could be in the middle of an uppercut the connects and the AI will -1 frame grab you out of it. InfuckingSane.
One thing I never understood is why the AI can finish you with a combo, but it doesn't work the other way around. You just perform the first move in the combo and the opponent falls over. The AI hits you with big ass combos as finishers.
the way I used to defeat Shao Kahn was just by picking Liu Kang and spamming the low fireball. then when he’d do the upward shoulder charge I’d upper cut him and then start again with the fireballs
The AI was far more feasible in vanilla MK3 than in UMK3, and you hardly ever got to see the old stages as the game favored the newer ones more than the original.
I could never understand the reason for the season...or more precisely why there where two Cyrax's in the same damn area/region (it didn't make any f-g sense !!! w(°ｏ°)w ;-9
An homage or a hidden Easter egg to say the least ; I always knew that a sequel to MK3 / UMK 3 or MK: Trilogy was in the works , but I was pleasently surprised by MK 4 : Gold's release onto one console/unit instead of a milti-port ! 🤦🏻♂️😨😬😏

MK AI has always been so cheap. When you jump the AI is programmed to jump when you press the button. It was AI designed to eat your quarters.

actually umk3 is better than mk3 because characters are more balanced for example kabal cant do 68% combo anymore.
