Unfortunately not possible because although we can build a robot in 3 days that is capable of doing the different parts of the game, making that robot robust and reliable is a challenge that takes plenty of time, which we didn't have. There were plenty of bloopers of the extender falling apart and claw failing to get a game peice where it needed to go that were cut out as the main purpose is to show the constructed ideas for other teams to iterate on if they want to. I beleive some of the issues faced and how they could be improved will be talked about in the robot walkthrough that'll be posted today, but in short the robot wasn't able to cycle in the time we had to film and check for issues.
@@skyblaze103 showing all of that, in an uncut manner, is thousands of times more useful than this clip show. You should be proud of what you did, it's amazing in 3 days, but I really wish you would take it a step further and help teams understand the limits of this design.
beast! it was nice watching ri3d once again this year, it's always so amazing that this can all be done in 3 days.
one of the most impressive ri3d bot's ive seen in a while!!
Cool design and vid - enjoyed the Epidemic Sound as well!
Seeing in action gives different vibes. It's amazing! Just in 3 days.
great design guys!
this year's game is gonna be fun!
Amazing work as always
That's funny, my team had the exact same idea, although we decided to go for a 2 stage arm instead because of weight and extra flexibility.
Wait no way my team did that too 7103 robo remedy
How is the robot able to reach the top rack isn’t that over the 2ft extension limit? 1:15
While the robot is truly amazing. The most impressive accomplishment is creating this in 5 days. Well done Ri3D
