Jen Landry owns Stellar Botanicals in Gustavus, Alaska where she grows a wide variety of vegetables, herbs, and creates value added products. With her partner, she grows, gathers, hunts, and fishes for most of their family’s food. She also owns a health food and garden supply store in Gustavus. She uses low-tech tools on her farm and limits the use of plastics whenever possible. She advises other gardeners in Gustavus as well.
