I really hope our new coaching staff can fully develop players using the precious time they have before the new season starts. They need to create schemes that match our players strengths and weaknesses not like previous coaches that want players to fit into their system they developed elsewhere. That's what I loved hearing from Coach Campbell, time to walk the talk. Let's Go!
I can't believe just how much the Bears are changing! as much as I've called out George McCaskey for being tight with money, etc, I have to hand it to him right now. Poles is absolutely hammering the hires, and Johnson has got me excited for the new season. Lots of work to do, but I can't wait to see what happens- Can't be worse than a 5 win team...🐻⬇ Shawn!
Well, you would think that but BJ seems to have adapted Dans mindset of “NOT MICROMANAGING” and letting people do their jobs instead of telling them how to do their jobs. So with his mindset a DC or OC shouldn’t be stressed over what the other staff do, as long as they fall under the same beliefs and work effort as BJ. Trust the person next to you not to slack and hold everyone accountable. Before you would have OC micro managing QB coaches and WR coaches and so on. When the OC should be more focus on watching film on the other team D and designing schemes not worrying about the other nuances like the QB release & timing. Work to everyone’s abilities they’re good at.
@@williamrogers-y2t usually… but what happens if I do it the usual way and the coordinators hire ppl under them that do it their way. You get the usual results. It trickles down if it’s bad. Hire good ppl all around u don’t have to worry about OC or DC dictating who’s under them. I agree it does seem backwards. But “being comfortable with being uncomfortable” has huge benefits. When u say “usually”, those usually don’t work well the teams that work great had ppl in the background who been there for years. In a way theyre building from the ground up if u can’t think outside of the box. Like last year who hired or RB coach? Was she hired just bc she was a female or because she had connections to other coaches that were there.
@@williamrogers-y2t well Dennis Allen is now a Bear… so whatever process they’re doing it seem to be playing out in Bears favor. Hopefully this unusual process don’t give us the same results we’ve been getting for doing it the way it had been done, usually.
That’s fine. You have coaches we have receivers. You just need a front line that can block long enough for a pass to get off. If you can’t protect Caleb, we got a problem.
ALL THEY HAVE TO DO NOW IS SPEND SOME MONEY ON PLAYERS, PLAYERS THAT WILL BE ON THE FIELD PLAYING NOT SOMEONE WATCHING FROM THE SIDELINES OR THE BOX BUT ACTUALLY ON THE FIELD PLAYING! #RealizeTheTruth
But y'all always got to think the worst he said he came here because this is the strongest division in the league so if I want to prove to be the best and want to beat the best why would I deplete what probably would be my biggest rival outside of the Packers once I beat you a couple of times Dan if certain people want to come it's going to be like The Price is Right will come on down
Shawn’s gonna change that!!!!! Nice!!!!! Al
Harris is perfect!! Bear Down!

It looks like a different front office - let’s pray for good results. We are on a nice trajectory! 🐻⬇️
Seems crazy to fill in a staff before the coordinators?

@ usually the coordinators have a significant say on how the coaches under them are hired. This process is ass backwards, but it is the Bears!!

Dallas gets those picks because they generate pressure consistently without having to consistently blitzing

We're finalizing the conditions of the contract

Say a prayer for this country/world.
Always. But without fear - the Lord is sovereign and faithful.
Amen!!!@@SportsTalkBears1
Bears always win the off season, problem is , they never win games.
