No hay que ser Peruano unicamente para sentir orgullo por tan magestuosa cración musical........soy de Ecuador y desde que tengo uso de razón este tema musical se ha convertido en parte de mi vida........en cualquier versión que la escuche puedo oirla todo el día sin cansarme y más aún cuando me siento deprimido y necesito revitalizarme para empezar de Nuevo después de DIOS es una de las cosas en que primero pienso y evoco.

She is an Israeli singer and used to be very famous during the 60s and early 70s, she and her husband Avi. They mostly lived and appeared in Germany. I had the privilege to serve with her brother during my basic army training. His name was Shlomo and had a great voice as well. Thanks for sharing

perdón, sí lo fue en su época. fue una cantante judía nacida en europa muy dinámica en su juventud, viajó por todo el mundo, se pudo desenvolver por lo menos cinco idiomas, hebreo, inglés, francés alemán y español. hoy en día circulan muchos clips de sus canciones, principalmente en inglés y hebreo...
En realidad ese es otro tema.Saberse promover depende de factores mil.En lo personal tenemos la dicha de disfrutar de tan bella voz ,con uno de los temas mundialmente reconocido.

Hola!!! Desde que era un niño de 3 años y escuchaba por la radio tanto la versiòn instrumental como lanversiòn en ingles de Simon and Art Garfunkel, se me enchinaba la piel, era un sentimiento de mucha alegrìa combinado con nostalgia, algo que hasta la fecha me hace sentir este tema musical; ahora que conozco diferentes versiones instrumentales y cantadas de "El còndor pasa" y sobre todo en voces tan hermosas con la de Esther Ofarim, uuff!!! es un deleite para mì, y aunque no soy del Perù, pero me siento orgulloso de ser latinoamericano, que a final de cuentas es mùsica (folklòrica) de nuestros ancestros!!! No soy músico, pero si soy peruano. Conozco la tierra de autor. La bella Esther, dama israili tiene una voz que llega al corazón de todos los peruanos en particular, y a todo el mundo en general. Siento orgullo de ser peruano, porque el Cóndor Pasa no solo lo oimos por cantes peruanos, sino también por las dulces voces de la italiana Gigliola, la japonesita Mika Agematsu y el grupo 12 Girls Band, etc..Pero falta una cosita, que el escenario natural sea Machu Piccchu. Allí están los Cóndores de los Andes de América del Sur.
