ingredients
3 Large bananas
4 Eggs
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup castor sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
125g butter melted
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch salt
1 teaspoon fine cinnamon
2 cups cake flour
bake 180 degrees 35/40 minutes
fan assisted oven 160 degrees
cream cheese frosting/optional
230g cream cheese
100g soft butter not melted
2 cups icing sugar
lemon juice to taste
pecans/optional

Asslm my dear Gawa ♥ I am so grateful for finding a different method for my banana cake 🎂 I've been thru so many diff banana recipes already and all are moreless the same /similar 😐 I knew that there should be some other way! making a banana cake 🎂 but never in my wilderness dreams knew that it could be done this way. They normally just add all ingredients together and mix in with a spatula 🤔
I've never come across any banana recipe where they whip the sugar, eggs and u added butter as well, and only added the banana in lastly. It really seems to make a big difference to me 😊it looks nice and fluffy👌 and with a cream cheese topping more delicious 😋

Wa alaikum salaam I'm still a very small channel I'm a stay at home mom, i don't really make much from youtube yet so I'm still trying to save up for a mic,hopefully in the future and my channel has grown bit more,I will be able to get better equipment In Shaa Allah but I do post the full measurements in the description box below the video.
This turned out very delicious and moist unlike some other banana loaf recipes that I’ve tried previously. Quick question why was my frosting so runny what did I do wrong? It was still delicious though but could you kindly offer tips for the icing . Good luck snd keep sharing your delicious treats with us! You are officially my favourite baker. I’ve made your bread pudding and that was delicious too. X 🥰🙏
So glad you enjoyed it,thank you for your kind words its really appreciated,concerning your frosting maybe you added to much liquid as you saw in the video I added only butter,cream cheese and 3 cups icing sugar u could go up to 4 cups I only added 1to1+1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice,sometimes over beating can also cause a runny frosting
