Day three done and dusted. My legs really felt this workout. My biggest challenge was keeping my leg up while maintaining proper posture. I found myself leaning back to stop my leg from obeying the law of gravity! 😊 Thanks Coach Gaby.

I couldn't hold my leg down. They kept moving when I was doing the workout. I could with the last two workouts. I need more practice. Here I thought I had strong legs.
