    Loving the daily challenges. Day 3 showed my weakness in my core because I found myself leaning back slightly vs sitting up straight. Thanks for an amazing day 3!

    That was so much harder than I thought it would be! My legs totally burned out by the end. Love all your workouts and energy Gaby!!

    Day three done and dusted.
    My legs really felt this workout. My biggest challenge was keeping my leg up while maintaining proper posture. I found myself leaning back to stop my leg from obeying the law of gravity! 😊

    Like a mind shift into believing that it's easier
    But your body is working a little harder

    I couldn't hold my leg down. They kept moving when I was doing the workout. I could with the last two workouts. I need more practice. Here I thought I had strong legs.

      Loving the challenge. I'm out of shape don't usually exercise so I worked up a sweat. I love the 11-minute videos. Just what my gynecologist ordered😊
