Awesome I was in the pool since birth lol . Did swim teams , swam in high school and masters a little after that . Need to get back into it . Great vid and pasta dish . Let your cat outside a little , she will love it ;) I have an outdoor indoor cat . The best life for a cat . Super healthy . Good luck on your goal , you can do it 🎉🎉🎉

Recomendación: no uses la misma tabla para cortar todo. Es decir, no cortes pollo en la tabla donde cortas la verdura y limpia el cuchillo siempre después de cortar carne o pescado;)
Solamente el 50 libre. Se me daba bien la braza pero el 100 estaba muy lejos del corte! Y gracias por la recomendación la tendré en cuenta!

How does one qualify for the olympics? Are there tests that people compete against each other to see who is the best? I honestly have no ideia how that works
