The hallway to access the apartments is disappointing. It doesn’t give the glamour that you spoke about. Interiors are also basic in their layout. Functional but not an exclusive apartment.
Honestly very disappointed, i really admire that building and seeing the finishing has really let me down , who did this ? The bathroom tiles looks like a staff quarters bathroom, please for $260k you need to do better than that 😢

Front looks more like an office building than an apartment. Hope they're able to maintain it for a long time
