Very nice, the other advantage is that the pedal doesn’t have that annoying discharge pop switching between passive and active that the OBP1 has until it’s “warmed up”.

I have a BBP34 and if I want to add the on-board preamp that I want, the cavity is VERY narrow. Adding a 4th hole would require more routing, and even some 3-knob preamps may be too wide. This was my selling point for a pedal. Plus, I can share it with other basses that have an active by-pass!

nicely explained and demonstrated. I already have the tone hammer pre-amp DI box so I think I have this covered but I see how that small unit would be great if you don’t have space for the tone hammer DI, it’s large and needs 18v power.
