It inspires me to visit again after 20 years. I can now see the current condition of the road, a lot more of a challenge now. I had never seen this particular dam, it is spectacular.
Yes Sir, great trails, great views sometimes lots of wild mustangs and an occasional lion if you're looking out. Saw one almost get a yearling calf at the dam/ stock tank I believe you visited. I was on the north side when I heard the commotion, the cow reached the top of the dam and stopped, looked back and the calf was about 10 steps behind her with a lion trying to grab it. We all, cow, calf, lion and myself, stood there for a moment staring at each other then the lion glared at me and slinked away. Used to be lots of them in that area, headaches for the ranchers. You folks enjoy yourselves and always, please be careful!

It is really not that bad a road. There is a couple of challenging sections with rocks. That is probably the spot you are talking about.
hello friend, I am very happy to see your video, it is very inspiring for me, the beautiful scenery I really like... greetings from Indonesian people
Thank you very much!
Wow, every year our families, (Clarks and Verdugos, and extended) picniced at Copper Creek.
Beautiful area.
Yes Sir, I grew up in Mammoth. Spent a lot of time tramping around those hills.
@@michaelmartin5534 Our club spends a lot of time running all the trails around Mammoth.
