Bit of trivia about the Kaminos: they saw themselves as the superior race and looked down on all others. Despite being xenophobic, they showed kindness to everyone they interacted with and respected anyone that sought to improve themselves. Holding themselves in such high regard the Kaminos were very focused on perfection. All of them spoke with a gentle softness in their voices and every one of their movements were done with incredible grace. They weren't a race that had a connection to the force though. In fact out of their entire history there is only one Kamino who was born a strong force user and he ended up becoming a Jedi.
Unfortunately with Disney decanonizing a vast amount of literature and lore, Kina Ha from Karen Traviss's "Republic Commando" book series might not be lore accurate anymore. Personally I don't care about Canon in this and several other situations, as star wars is a massive place and one thing happening doesn't always mean other things not happening still.
Captain Holt isn't dead, Andre Braugher is, may he rest in peace, but captain Holt will always be alive as long as the show exists, keeping a part of the amazing actor within it

About Episode II... Imagine a bunch of mountain lions or feral chimpanzees snatched your mom, your mom who you've not seen in 10 years. You track them to their lair, and find your mom all bloody and bruised. You can only imagine the horrors they inflicted upon her during those two months of captivity. You approach and sees that she's alive. So you take her in your arms, and as she wakes up and realizes her grown baby boy is here... she dies. Reaction? You slaughter them all. Reaction of your crush when you confess your crime to her? She... comforts you? Whaaa~ girl, you need to run, not fall in love with the dude! What Anakin did is monstrous and evil AF since he offed sentient beings (men, women and children, the latter two being fairly innocent in this scenario)... but let's be honest, that's not how Padme saw it. Lars and gang described Tusken to Padme as merciless animals, vicious monsters with only the appearance of Man. We're talking about a woman who was so naive ten years ago, she didn't even believe slavery was still a thing. So it's fair to assume she doesn't know jack shit about Tusken, their sentience, their culture and what not. All she ever had for info as far as we know was Lars' testimony on the Tusken: brutal and vicious predators going around killing and pillaging innocent farmers and citizens of the desert. So, from her point of view, Anakin did the equivalent of offing a pack of vicious and dangerous wolves who tortured and killed his mum.
Funny, but also, yet another problem with Star Wars (among the many) is that in order to fully understand the plot of the films, you have to know about a bunch of things that do not happen in the films.

Yeah no you got it. It was a moon of Oba Diah's that Plo and the 104th discovered and recovered the lost lightsaber (or one of) and Jedi Shuttle of Sifo-Dyas.

He had 2 post-Disney takeover (the other saber from The Expanded Universe, aka Legends--via the Star Wars: Visionaries Graphic Novel waay back in 2005), but now back to just 1 in the current New-canon, ever since April 26th 2014. Disney stated that all material made from after April 25th would now be considered part of the official canon, with the exceptions of TCW and the movies. Everything from April 25th and before would now be considered de-canonized/unofficial canon or "Legends" moving forward. The original source of a graphic novel depicting Dooku gifting Sifo's saber to Grievous has been de-canonized since April 25th, 2014 and has since left TCW as the sole source of his lightsaber. For further retrospection, TCW S6 debuted in March 7th, 2014--all at once on Netflix. Funny, but also, yet another problem with Star Wars (among the many) is that in order to fully understand the plot of the films, you have to know about a bunch of things that do not happen in the films.
That is not true. Everything important to know is explained in the films.

Yeah no you got it. It was a moon of Oba Diah's that Plo and the 104th discovered and recovered the lost lightsaber (or one of) and Jedi Shuttle of Sifo-Dyas.
Not anymore. He had 2 post-Disney takeover (the other saber from The Expanded Universe, aka Legends--via the Star Wars: Visionaries Graphic Novel waay back in 2005), but now back to just 1 in the current New-canon, ever since April 26th 2014. Disney stated that all material made from after April 25th would now be considered part of the official canon, with the exceptions of TCW and the movies. Everything from April 25th and before would now be considered de-canonized/unofficial canon or "Legends" moving forward. The original source of a graphic novel depicting Dooku gifting Sifo's saber to Grievous has been de-canonized since April 25th, 2014 and has since left TCW as the sole source of his lightsaber. For further retrospection, TCW S6 debuted in March 7th, 2014--all at once on Netflix. So, before the Disney slate-cleaning of the canon, but still counts to this day since Disney stated TCW & the movies would all still remain canon, while instead de-canonizing pure EU/Legends works such as Visionaries. It's interesting and confusing at the same time, but I tried my very best to clarify as much as possible here, as you can hopefully tell lol
