Hi there, Ben. I'm receiving my first chromatic harmonica in the next few days and it'll be the 12-hole Lyra in the silver colorway. Judging from the video, it sounds very loud and big. I bet it'll be great for those George Smith songs. I was talking to the sweetest female chromatic harmonica player yesterday. Her name is Mayu Shibuki and she's from Japan. She speaks a little bit of English even though she's not fluent in it, but she is very passionate about her craft and hopes to see the harmonica's popularity flourish internationally. She also sees me as a fellow harmonica playing streamer and she's been nothing but supportive towards me.
Yes, that is what people tell us. I don’t have that much experience playing chromatic harmonica is personally. The other thing to bear in mind is that Harmonicas often need a little bit of personalisation. Just the same as when you get a new car, you have to adjust the seats, the mirror, the ceiling will, the same thing with Harmonicas. You will probably need to adjust the capping, check the valves on a chromatic, and check tuning
