very helpful tips. A small comment: for me, the example of getting to the zone was, when you switch off the ceiling fan it does not stop instantly, rather it takes some. Similarly, when we are going to pray in the middle of the class or work our brain does not instantly stop thinking about the class lecture or work. it requires some time and doing the ablution and taking some time before prayer is like giving the time to slow down the wings of the ceiling fan/ our brain.

It makes me so sad 😭 I do everything it doesn’t work for her please please please don’t forget to pray for my children. I want them to be good Muslims.

For me i need to find a positive association with pray.1. I was told if u dont pray its a sin and you will be punished. 2. If u pray incorrectly your prayer is invalid. 3. Your prayer must be in arabic but if u mis pronounce a word your prayer is invalid. I try to stay the course but its very hard to stay positive and know you might be punished if its not perfect or its not taken into consideration as a salah if its made incorrectly. How do i establish a relationship with my lord if i keep fearing i will be rejected

The biggest problem is being inconsistent in prayer.... Thank you this helps a lot....

I think what has helped me is trying to remember Allah outside of prayer so it prepares my mind to meet Allah in prayer
