I remember way back in the day a 14 kid from my neighborhood broke into an elderly folks home and they ended up returning while the kid was in the home. He brutally murdered the elderly couple and got out at 25 years old. Well, a couple of months later a Cop caught him dragging a dead body over to a dumpster. He's now serving Life without Parole

All of these people calling all of us horrible because we think he needed a way harsher sentence. You guys saying that "He's a child" and that he deserves a second chance, or he's rehabitable would not be saying this if this was your beautiful baby that was murdered by being stabbed in the back! and if you were in that court room hearing every single detail on what he did premeditative to plan for this you would be saying longer too. You are definitely not putting yourself in the victims shoes. Having to bury your 9 year old son and live with this every single day.

His victim was a child as well and he is dead. The victim's Mother and father have had the absolute worst nightmare come true. We will see him kill again. This happened some years back. Per an interview in 2021, Jamarion is indeed out of the group home and he speaks of remorse, accountability, taking responsibility and the way he continues to move forward. He also speaks quite compassionately about how the family of Connor, his victim, feels and has publicly apologized to the family often. He indicates they have every right to never accept the apology, but would gladly give it to them in person, but when they are ready to speak with him. It looks like he has indeed been rehabilitated, which is quite possible when you are talking about a child who commits crimes. Do your research, rehabilitation is possible in these cases, and you can't tell by looking at them. So far it appears the judge was right to order counseling rather than incarceration. Continued prayer for Connor's family for a peace that passeth all understanding!

Kids cut up because they lack attention and love. The homes are broken. Parents need to be more responsible and take care of their kids. Pay attention to them. Be there for them. I raised 3 by myself. I didn't put anything, anyone before them. I made sure they were well nurtured and taken care of. We've got a lot of selfish parents. Now that they are older and on their own. I do things for me. Prayers for all the children of the world 🌎 🙏🏻 ❤️

If you are scared of your kids behavior that is a feeling you should never ignore- reach out for help from schools, even the police, call them over, ask for advice, children deserve help when they are acting out it is serious & you can’t ever ignore their cries for help. Even cps call them tell them you need parenting classes to do stuff the right way. There is nothing wrong with that

Idc what anyone says. A child should have stricter punishment than adults. The likelihood of a child committing a crime like this “just because” is too likely and you have to show them that they can’t do whatever they want and get away with it. That’s the problem with a lot of your children now.

I dont understand why criminals in the US say they made a 'mistake'. To my ears this word really minimises their action as well as distancing themselves from it. They tend to shy away from admitting they made a decision (often a conscious one), that the choice was the wrong one, that they have caused pain and suffering, that their action was cruel and unnecessary, that it was immoral and illegal, depraved and evil. Surely 'making a mistake' is trivial compared to 'committing a crime' or 'killing a person'.
