Cause people are sheep, if they come to a video and people are hating they'll start hating but if they come and they see everyone is being corny encouraging they'll join the bandwagon too.
It's sort of like when back in the day having an interest in "nerdy" things like comics and videogames was seen on lame but now that it's popular everyone like it.
When my kid learned to tie his shoe I clapped. Now days...when he ties his shoe...I don't give a fuck. Everyone does it...unless you are a dumbass 2 year old that can't tie shoes.
I know right; Like this is an actual career people pursue, and then you just have random kids born with an iPhone in their hands judging the history and fun of things like this. Like, what can you do, can't draw, can't dance, aren't a good speaker, can't sing, can't play sports well, can't fingerboard; no nothing really.

Honestly kudos to the guy. It may seem like an absurd sport/hobby to some people but the way I see it, he turned a small hobby into a passion project, then into a business, and into a passion for others. It keeps kids/young adults off the streets and doing something much better than cocaine. Plus it helps teach fine motor skills. No shame in this at all.

The reason actual fingerboards cost so much is because they are hand made and not mass produced like skateboards. Everything is made from scratch and making just one complete fingerboard can take hours and hours of work.

@@DuckySOT That's exactly why it's easier to make skateboards. They're made and mass produced with machines, but fingerboards are not. It often takes hours and hours to make just one. You most likely wouldn't even be able to produce 10 completes in one day.
