I remember this, it was right after a storm and the river was higher than usual and these “immigrants” didn’t want to wait another 24-48 hours for the water levels to drop where it would be a couple feet deep only. And most of these “immigrants” can’t swim whatsoever and they drown in water that’s only 4 feet deep, just unreal.
