- Spider-Man fans realized Zeb Wells' Amazing Spider-Man run was trash a long time ago. Marvel Comics finally caught on and decided to cancel one of the worst runs in Spider-Man history. Zeb Wells introduced many new characters and ideas in his Amazing Spider-Man series and not a single one will be remembered as good. Wes explains why Marvel needed to cancel Zeb Well's Amazing Spider-Man a long time ago. Marvel Comics cancel awful Spider-Man comic for good.

"I had high hopes for a no name writer because they did fine on another mediocre title". You can put this Wes comment on an infinite loop because it happens so often.
Right, I liked Jed McKay when I read his first 4 issues of Moon Knight, but he turned out to be terrible at anything else he did later, even Moon Knight.
MJ: Its all your fault Peter for why im leaving you! Because of what Zeb Well wrote!
Spider-Man: Wha?! What he wrote?!
Zeb Wells: I dont even know anymore.
the Gang War in the '80's was so much better.
Yeah. That was pretty good.
Nick Spencer didn't fail to make a name for himself as Spider-Man writer. At least not due to his own faults. His run was well-written if somewhat overstretched.
But in reality, his run was screwed by the higher-ups, because Spencer wanted to undo One more day and was right in the middle of it when Cebulski, Lowe and their ilk stepped in. Man had his own story ruined completely. No wonder he left Marvel for Substack.
Except for Boomerang being all chums with Pete. That was some dumb f0cking sh*t. Boomerang has been portrayed as a criminal who won’t hesitate to kill in cold blood for like 40 years. Then all the sudden he’s just Petes annoying roommate and Pete’s fine with that? Why didn’t Spencer just create a new character for that role? Spencer isn’t much better a writer than Wells actually. People just go gaga wanting to see Pete and MJ kiss all the time. Slott was actually good until World Wide(he took that way too far)and that crap clone conspiracy.
Spencer turned Captain American into a Nazi. Hard to trust someone after that
Spencer is a hero for me because he erased Sins Of Past out of canon.
I was as shocked as anyone that he turned out a pretty solid Spider-Man run for a while after what he did with his Captain America run. I was convinced that he was going to do to Peter what he did with Steve and Sam, but I was happily proven wrong. Marvel and Spider-Man editorial just don't know how to make smart decisions. I may not have liked the way he did it, but I can at least appreciate erasing Sins Past. I'd very much like for them to beg Spencer to come back, right the ship, do what he originally planned to do, give actual fans what they want from Peter, and then move forward. I don't expect that, though, because editorial at Marvel across the board insists on cutting off their nose to spite their face. God forbid they actually listen to their audience instead of sneering at them for a change...
if paul isn't dead by the end of the run then so help me
How would you kill Paul if you had the chance?
@@vorpalinferno9711 oh jeez so many options. defiantly something slow.

Spider-Man has been dead since 2007. One More Day/Brand New Day was an atrocity and we'll never see the character actually return until those responsible for his death in 2007 are fired and all those events are rejected from continuity entirely.
I want all that retconned!
Irrelevant. Removing one trash storyline from continuity does not guarantee good writing quality for future stories.
I like Brand new day and Slott era quite a bit. Added a lot of good to the mythos.
Mr. Negative was cool, at least .
@@stephentheshywarrior2759 I unironically liked Doc Oct as an anti-hero.
I swaer, most of Pete's life issues would go away the moment he cuts off some of the women in his life.
I'm still shocked that Marvel allowed Mary Jane to date a guy who committed planetary genocide and gave him the Nuremberg Defense to try to justifie his actions.
This run has been absolutely dogshit and I'm still not even sure if that describes it perfectly. Glad this run is ending.
I dropped Marvel a long time ago. This isn't good news. Their greatest character is already destroyed. And Marvel's incompetent writers refuse to fix him.
How is their greatest character destroyed?
@@trevturp6891 being a miserable, single, broke and a complete loser who never learns

Spider-Man died in 2004 and has never recovered.
Why 2004?
One more day I assume, thats when it died for me.
More like 1984 when he brought a brain eating alien home from space. That was the first in a long line of decisions that were out of character for Peter Parker, including making a deal with the Devil.
@@davidfarrington4308 He was still in classic tales with the black costume. .

*I really want a Ben Riley and Kaine Parker Spider-Brothers Series*
*It be cool, if Paul was really Mephisto in disguise, in attempts to keep MJ and Peter apart*
*I’m from Japan 🇯🇵 and even I loathe this run*
Nah, Ben should have stayed dead. Peter Parker 75 was a perfect ending to his story.
Kaine was the twisted version of Peter and now they switched it up. Makes no sense
Too many Spidey knockoffs.
That first one is actually going to happen. In August, there will be a new miniseries called Chasm: Curse of Kaine, which will see him fight, and possibly team up with, Kaine AKA Scarlet Spider.
You say that, but I'm kind of done with anything that would remind people, in any way, of "One More Day"
Zeb biggest mistake was trying to set-up a storyline with a weird flashback and then try to explain the events leading to present time. It never quite fell into place and seem very disjointed. I never felt Spider-Man didn’t do anything egregious. The plot simply fell apart. Zeb should have avoided the flashback step-up and trust in his writing skills to start a story from the beginning not in the midddle.
Does this mean yet another Amazing Spider-Man #1 with 156 variant covers, a New Direction to the Same Old Place and continuation of gutting Spider-Man of absolute everything that made him worth reading? I'd sure hate to think Marvel is going to try something different, like a compelling story with well-crafted art.
I’m gonna go out on a limb and say yes.
At this point, I believe that not only Spider-Man, but even most of his supporting cast have all become either bastardized or bland versions of themselves.
Peter’s incompetence grows steadily more and more. Mary Jane is a THOT. May is irrelevant. Otto can’t decide whether he wants to be Doc Ock or Spider-Man. Ben Reilly has literally been fumbled harder than I thought feasibly possible. TWICE. Norman is extremely basic and predictable.
With their recent fumbling of Hickman’s X-Men, I have lost all interest, and more importantly: faith, in Earth-616, as X-Men has proven to me that character progression is fleeting and illusionary in the main Marvel Universe.
Moderns writers just don't care about the support characters.
I am happy this terrible run is over and garbage but marvel editorial with Nick Lowe are still charge who ruined Everything with Spider-Man badly really badly.
I hope Nick Lowe is removed to the editorial and there's always alot of changes in the editorials and cheif editorials as well creative character editorials of comic books while images comics only have good editors while keeping and having only one editor on comic books while remaining basic to their work instead taking advanced steps like Marvel did that's makes images comics great and awesome.
There’s a rumor that Lowe is leaving in November which I hope is true because I don’t know how much more I can take.
@@Dark-Shadow110 oh i certainly hope that’s the case I really do because damn it that guy has destroyed everything with Spider-Man for years.
My fear is that the next writer will suck too.
@@EvandroACruz i can understand that
I will give zeb credit for one thing he did in his spider man run. He did create Probably the most evil villain marvel has ever created… Paul.
His claim to fame was being the least worst X-Men writer at the time. Thats a low bar. 😂
It's going to end with typical Zeb Wells: The Amazing TOMBSTONE will beat Spider-Man badly, then he'll feel bad take pity on him, will come out Triumphant, redeemed and become the Tony Soprano of Marvel. Peter will thank Lonnie for sparing him and admit he always thought of him as the brother he never had. Wouldn't be surprised if Wells pulls this shit, he absolutely LOVES Tombstone, he's like Robert Kirkman's continuing hard-on for Negan.
Negan was a great character.
Too little too late. They should have ended this awful run a long time ago.
I fear that nobody in Marvel can write a decent Spider-man run in these days.
Ed Mcguinness was given kindergarten tales to illustrate, it was pure shit.
This run was awful but it's hard to get excited as i can see them making it worse for the next run ! Don't trust marvel anymore
I just asked the guy at the comic book store if he noticed that, like ivy, Spider-Man had devolved into a non-stop slugfest with absolutly NO backstory. Gone: Mary Jane. Aunt May. The Daily Bugle. JJJ. Peter Parker. The book had devolved into a continuous body-blow fight that resulted in Spider-Man getting pummeled into oblivion with his costume being torn to pieces issue after issue with Peter never once sewing it back together but it being magically returned to its full statis with the turn of a page. Spider-Man sprayed thousands of gallons of web for hours on end without every changing a single web cartridge. He had no place to live and apparently no need to sleep. Just fight. And as you pointed out, he became a guest observer in his own book. What a crock! Oh yeah, I cannot even articulate what the hell happened since Zeb Wells first story (mostly because I didn't care and stopped reading the text a long time ago). Looking forward to a new team and hopefully a book worth collecting because of the story and not the pictures.
well said
I think this run has been a complete disaster but it's not all Zeb's fault, the morons at Marvel refuse to let Spider-man ever marry MJ again and they needed this stupid storyline/ Paul to make sure it completely ruins their relationship after the last writer almost got away with retconning OMD. So pathetic
but-but....the kids....who never buy comics, anyway.....would start buying Spider-man if he's not married, because they are incapable of relating to a married character! Oh....what's that...? He hasn't been married in 20 years, and it still didn't change sales for the better? Oh.
*Ultimate Spider-Man who's married, is over 30 and has 2 kids:* _Pfffft, amateur...._
Marvel Comics: The readers don’t want a hero who’s married and has a family!
Numerous vocal fans: Bring back Peter & MJ’s marriage and Mayday Parker!
Marvel Comics: Well, we’d better do our best to keep Peter single since no one wants him to be married with a family!
The whole "what did spiderman do ?" thing was dumb. He attacked his friends to get the things he needed to save MJ, when all he had to say was i need it for MJ and it would have been cool.
Everyone was so OOC on that arc that it was infuriating
Congratulations to Zeb Wells for making me not Care even less about In Continuity Spider man than I did during Dan Slott's Run . Which is Not at all .
Omd/Bnd was like a mandate to make Peter Parker a worse character all around and he never quite recovered.
Yes everything was lame after OMD.
Finally...the nightmare is over.
There's something about the Spider-Man editorial that saps the talent from writers. Wells' New Mutants and Hellions are 2 of the best X-Men runs this century, and the latter was written under Jordan White. It was also in the Spider-Man books that Jed Mackay wrote his worst book, that terrible Mary Jane and Black Cat Dark Web tie-in.
i thought his Hellions was written like silly zoomer girly shit.
Mackay has always been mid.
The problem i have with Wells' Tombstone is the fact that it's so clear that Wells copied the characterization from the Spectacular Spider-man cartoon.
The problem is that isn't Tombstone.
In the series the team wanted to use Kingpin but they couldn't so they decided to use another gangster type of villain from Spider-man's rogue's gallery: Tombstone.
Lonnie is supposed to be more of a street gangster, an unhinged maniacal bastard and not a cold and rational mob boss
So glad that garbage is ending. Tombstone was the only one good thing in this run. Everything else sucks in every sense. Ms. Marvel death,Chasm,MJ engaged with Paul,Dark Web,The Gang War and SpiderGoblin. So lame. But who can write a good Spider-man run in nowadays in Marvel?Hickman?Ryan North?Jed Mckay? I'm so afraid that the next writer can make erverything worse.
Well the story was terrible for no reason and Romita jr's art is usually a hit & miss. We're tired of these Miserable Spider-Man stories that leads to nowhere.😢
The worst run, no... but its bad
Opposing to.....?
Tom DeFalco?
Yeah, i thought JMS was also pretty bad.
and the convoluted clone shit.
I liked the early JMS, JR JR had more energy in his panels back then
@@robinmohamedally7587 Sins past.....but it was all the fault of Quesada.
The same for One More Day. All Joe Quesada's ideas.
Probably one of the smartest decisions marvel has made in the past 10 years
15 min mark.... go against all of your instincts... had me rolling 😂😂😂
I can't beleive Marvel wouldn't invest money into it's Flagship comic to atrach top-teir writer like Nick Spencer, Jeph Loeb,
David Michelinie, Ireally enjoyed his tenure in the 90's created Venom
Let's be honest. We all know the self-insert known as Paul will still exist. I'm pretty sure someone had a screenshot of him in the last Spider-Man game (which sucked) and will most likely be prominent in the next one. Marvel hates their mascot character because they don't want him to be it anymore.
Zeb Wells was great on Hellions what happen to him
Marvel's pathetic desperation to keep Spider-man divorced happened
@@grkpektisPlus the constant teasing. Since OMD they are constantly teasing with MJ. If it was just Peter Parker moving on and MJ leaving the title for good, there would at least be a move forward. But no, they want their cake and eat it by constantly teasing a „maybe they get back together“.
The relationship between Marvel and the Spider-Man fans is by now one of abuse.
He was going through a divorce when he started his Spider-Man run. Basically this whole run was him using Peter Parker as a punching bag for his own failure as a husband.
I can't read Zeb Wells on anything. His jokes aren't funny and the writing is childish.
His scripts read like he wrote them on one bathroom break.
While there's technically still time to undo it, if he doesn't his ruination of MJ will overshadow any dumb tombstone story he told. Robbing Peter of any chance of happiness by making his soulmate not actually love him, essentially have an affair, and leave him for another man damages her character to such an extent being ok with Tombstone isn't going to compare.
I'll say this about the Hickman run - the first three issues that focused on Peter and MJ and their family were quite good, imo. I didn't like 4 and 5 as much, but those three issues are what I want to read in a Spider-man book, more or less - Peter and MJ together, building a life together through all the bullcrap. They should be the Blonde and Dagwood of Marvel, so whenever I see MJ with another boyfriend (so stupid), it's like reading Blondie dating someone else.
The Wells' run was not fun. I tried to read it, and it just wasn't very good. I agree that Romita was wasted - his art doesn't look that much worse than his JMS run, but it feels so much better in that run bc MOST of that was at least readable (not all, but most).
We're nearly there thankfully. Worst comic book run I've ever read.
I’m hopping that the next run they at least go back to the status quo on Peter and Mj’s relationship, since it’s Marvel maybe Peter shows some kindness to some reality manipulator and in return he changes reality to before they break up and he erases Paul and his bastard children out of existence as everyone forgets who he was
Peter does not need to get back with mj or black cat put him with someone new Cindy or spidergwen but doesn't matter not coming back until someone new owns everything and reboot everything hard or they have to fix everything and give a bunch of good runs
Spider-Gwen is love interest of Miles
@animal-rights No
We can criticize the writers all we want, but until these companies start bringing in new blood that know the characters and actually like them, it’s gonna be more of the same. Same with the editors. Nobody knows the universes anymore.
That won't happen until the companies stop hiring woke activists instead of writers.
Why dose Marvel keep insisting that people give a rats ass about Kamala Kaugh
I think we definitely need to blame JRJR for some of how bad this run is as well. He's an iconic artist, but at this point in his career he might be one of the 10 worst artists doing an ongoing book. If they had a competent artist you might have been able to distract people from how awful the story was, but with him drawing everything about the book sucked
Couldn’t agree with you more! It needed someone like Marco Chechetto…I’d like to see Lorenzo Tametta on art duties!
Romita Jr. peaked mid-Copper era on Uncanny and that was 35 years ago or more smh
are they just going back and doing all the worst ideas from marvels history?
How I'd give the Z.Wells series "closure:"
Who's Paul? Oh, he was a Skrull, and the kids were LMD robots. *"Oh no! Anyways..."*
After listening to your monologue, I'm not hopefull.
A broken clock is right twice a day.
Marvel seems incapable of being competent once a year.
The Hobgoblin and Vulture stories were kind of good and fun, too.
From the mischaracterization,Paul, breaking up mj and Peter, plots points either having disappointing endings or just being uninteresting, and especially the nerfing and making Peter a weak bitch losing to fucking vulture and almost every fight spidey has been in he is constantly almost dying to d-listers when he should be way way stronger he been able to beat a-listers with ease consistently through his history this run will forever be a stain on spider-man’s legacy and I can’t wait to see zeb not be able to get on book because of how dogshit his run on asm has been.
Jed Mackay.
His Black Cat was cool, his spidey in the BC annual was good
It really has been a poor run. I jumped off about 15 issues back, I can't stand my favourite character stagnating and going nowhere with continual poor storylines. Oh for the good old days of the full Spidey supporting cast and all the drama (and growth even) that it gave you. Marvel editorials stance on the whole Peter/MJ thing truly is baffling, especially given DC moved on with Superman and Batman and allowed both to have kids. I do love Ultimate Spider-Man now, and for exactly the reason that it gives you what you want and feels like it has substance. Joshua Williamson I wonder on Spidey, given his DC announcement?
jeez who can they even get, My dream writer would be greg weisman for obvios reasons, but I would accept saladin achmed if they take the ryan north apporach and just have him do a single story for a single issue.
Good riddance! I hated his entire run, the only Spider line I’m buying is the Ultimate line. 😮
I would put John Byrne's run as the worst Spiderman run
Chapter One was terrible.
Nick Lowe is the problem. They will bring Dan Slott for the 1000 time or Tini Howard. 😂😂😂
Or Leah Williams. Because she’s soooo funny.
I avoided Dan Slott like the plague for the longest time because everyone said his run was so bad, but I recently went back and read parts of his run and the original superior Spider-Man and I have to say, I don't really understand the issue everyone has with it. With the exception of the Parker Industries stuff, I had an awful lot of fun with it. It's miles better than any Spidey run I've read since I got back into comics which was around the start of the Spencer run.
@@kalkella8822 Absolutley agree. Slots run was great until he went overboard with the global bs. It was a bit too far. He should’ve kept the business small. And the premise could’ve worked better. Clone conspiracy sucked too. But over all Slott is actually a much better writer than Spencer or Wells.
David Michelinie, pleeeeeeeaaaaase....with JRJr as artist...At LEAST,he will be able to draw a more sensible story.
The Amazing Spider-Man needs a new editor who will get Peter Parker and Mary Jane remarried. And have a daughter destined to be future Spider-Girl.
Having Tombstone as a main baddie.... dude move on. The spidey books got me back when they put Ben Reilly on the cover, then F'd him over.... just bad after bad.
Ben is a villain now.
Whenever I look at JR Jr. art on Spider-Man, it reminds me how much I miss JR Sr’s art on Spider-Man.
I didnt find JRJr's faces to be appealing at all this run. Especially when it came to him drawing children early on in this run where they looked like bobbleheads.
And a collective sigh of relief was had by all!
This run is quite bad. Which is why more people should be aware of "Spider-Man: Shadow of the Green Goblin", one of the best Spider-Man stories in the past 2 decades!
That you think Marvel will get a better writer or just better... The Eternal Optimist, Wes.
I’ve never heard anyone say anything good about this run, I just have no idea what the big 2 are going to do, they don’t seem to be able to get any good writers anymore.
They need to start pillaging writers from Image and other indie studios. A lot of good indie books out there.
@@jimthar17 The problem is most of those writers probably don’t want to go because of what’s been going on at the companies over the last few years, they’d have to offer large amounts of money & they don’t seem willing to do that.
Omg is he is finally leaving, for me it's the worst Spider-man run let's hope they undo all this horrible run
Andrew Maguire. He came and went like a fart in the wind.
Calling it that the new writer will be Jackson Lanzig and Colin Kelly.
After 25 years of getting Spider-Man, this run made me stop getting my favorite Marvel character. Good riddance to bad rubbish. Sad thing is, I'm not sure i'll come back when the new writer comes on.
One More Day ruined everything Spider-Man. Sure there maybe some good stories here and there but it really it gets shun by the bad ones. Marvel's insistence in making Peter single is really biting them in the ass as the character is not allowed to develop. God I hope Marvel realize this and get better crratives and editorial as well.
Kinda like how he's perpetually a teenager in EVERY movie series and not allowed to age at all.
Good job Wes. Reports of your mellowing are greatly exaggerated.
Marvel should change its name to Chasm.
Finally. Some good news.
Just don't get our hopes up dat Peter and Maryjane will get back togheter.
Thank goodness for Ultimate Spider-Man.
I can't even imagine what it must be like to have read every issue of this run. I'm so glad i hopped off after the 1st arc.
Wells was too busy trying to make his version of Batman street level comic stories with gang wars, tombstone… and it failed.
What the fans aren't expecting is for Paul to get erased by the Ultimate Nullifier, but it is what we're hoping for.
I'm shocked Zeb was never attacked in broad daylight
*"Zeb's dead, baby..."*
I stopped reading Spider-man after they did Ben Reilly such an injustice. I won’t read any more until his character is permanently redeemed and properly utilised as the hero he is.
Ben Really was ruined forever. There's no more hope to him anymore.
Awesome work mate
Another fight with Tombstone? Not interested. I hope it’s not someone like Ram V or Jed McKay that picks up for Wells.
Whooo, bring out the party poppers.
I have another Paul-like figure to remind of: I call him Mary Sue Thug - he had a name, but basically, originally, he was a minor nothing Peter nabbed on his way to marry MJ. Then came OMD and its even more infuriating extension, One Moment In Time (OMIT). No joke - Mephisto as a red pigeon releases Thug and in pursuit, he falls on top of Peter and causes him to miss the wedding. Later on, during the retell of Civil War, he is hired by the battered Kingpin to again try and have Peter shot, only he nearly shoots Aunt Anna, Peter pursues him, the fat dude gets away while taunting, thus driving Peter to do the new history memory wipe. Ugh. I swear, if he hadn't taken over Marvel media for the 2010's and been cashiered out, Quesada would have given this guy powers and made him a regular 'breakout' villian. Like Paul, he was just kind of there at writer's insistence.
The only hope left is ultimate Spider-Man
What really sucks for me is how perfect hellions by Zeb Wells was. Like people are just going to think he's a bad writer but he made one of the best X-Men books in the last decade
My Peter Parker is in the backup story of The Amazing Spider Man # 248 from 1983.
You know, if Marvel editorial is going to all of these comically ridiculous lengths to basically make Peter Parker constantly miserable, weak, and alone, then honestly, they might as well just kill him off and make that Paul dude the new Spider-Man or something.
Get rid of the editorial staff, they suck too.
Zebs first 20 or so issues should’ve been the leading up to Peter and Mjs marriage and then from there his run should’ve dealt with Peter and MJ starting their new lives together and cool crime fighting stuff.
One thing I really hope DOESNT happen is Paul dying, and MJ BLAMING Peter for his death.
Hellions was a generally fun book but red flags in Well's writing were present in the way he wrote certain characters even back then.
I might be a fool to hope for the next writer to do better, but I do think the best way to end this run of SM comics would be to reveal that Wells' MJ was never the real one. Either have her killed and revealed to be a demonic shapshifter sent by Mephisto to replace her and make sure MJ and Peter can't have Mayday. In which case Peter has to get Strange's help to go to Hell and save the real Mary Jane. Or could have it be a clone Paul made after the real MJ died in his world amd he originally intended to male a clone to give to Peter as a way to make up for not protecting the real one, only for things to turn out as they did. In which case we could have Peter finally snap on Paul and call him out for everytjing he put Peter through before walking away. Cut to a few weeks later and Peter is visited by Dr. Strange who reveals to Spidey theyight be able to undo everything thats happened recently by going to Hell and finding the contract Peter made with Mephisto and destroy it. Thus undoing One More Day and giving Spider-Man a chance to have his wife back. Maybe give Paul get a redemption arv where he tries helping Peter as a way to atone for his mistakes
Lol the Paul character is such a self insert character bs character, this is Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson, you don't split them up and put MJ with some other new guy, thats like Lois Lane and Superman
Sorry. The whole Paul thing is WORSE than OMD. OMD broke up the Peter and MJ marriage that made it something we wanted to read...but at least OMD didn't assassinate MJ's character...the whole Paul thing RUINED her character.
OMD ruined 20 years of Peter and MJ engagement.Nothing can surpass this.
Also MJ is a super-hero now. Sooooooooo stupid🙄 Just let supporting characters be supporting characters
OMD made Peter do a literal pact with the Devil, and MJ was the one who convinced Peter to do that.
Everyone hates Paul, but if he was in the Spider-Man 2 video game everyone would love him because we wouldn't have to deal with that version of Mary Jane anymore
Two and a half years, WASTED ... nuff said.
Marvel editorial looked at 'BIG TIME' and thought, "how can we go 'bum time'?"
I look forward to every good writer ignoring this run as much as humanly possible moving forward. I didn't think it was possible to be wirse than the post Superior Spider-Man Dan Slott run, but here we are. At this point, I have to give editorial at least as much responsibility as the writer. No matter how good or bad an ASM run might be, it seems that editorial has been at the root of all of the worst things to happen to him since One More Day (arguably since the Clone Saga, but at least they tried to fix things before Quesada had to take his midlife crisis out on the flagship character). Hopefully the new creative team is good, but I'm not holding my breath.
Thank god this nightmare is over. Now if Marvel really wants to bring back readers for a new run on Spider-man they need to hire someone like Peter J. Tomasi , Joshua Williamson , Ryan Parrott, Kyle Higgins or Dan Jurgens who can make this recent run non-canon and start from clean slate.
But will that happen ? Who knows.
Other than that Wes , I don't know if you're a gamer but Capcom just announced Marvel vs Capcom fighting collection which includes all the beat em ups that crossed both companies from X-men Children of the Atom to Marvel vs Capcom 2 New age of Heroes.
And what could be better than this ? Oh how about a sweet blood drenched cherry on top of delicious cake.
And BTW that particular cherry just so happens to be THE Punisher.
Yes , The Punisher is also included in that collection and I can hear millions of Punisher fans screeming with joy and excitement that they can finally play the cult classic beat em up as either the Punisher of the OG Nick Fury.
My biggest fear is Peter will be so beat up at the end that paul will take over as spider man
That’s the thing. Zeb wrote it so you think Pete was trusting Norman for like 50 issues. Why wouldn’t he tell us what Pete really thinks?Remember when writers used to use narrative boxes and thought bubbles to help convey and enrich the story? Remember when writers could actually WRITE and tell a story?! Dude can’t write himself out of a wet paper bag.
